I'm sorry to hear that you have been victim to a scam, however I cannot see that anyone from our company has contacted yourself.
We have been seeing an influx of scammers using our name and credentials to scam customers out of their funds. No one from WRS would ever reach out to you out of the blue. If anyone asks you for upfront fees in order to access your own funds- this is a very strong indicator that you are being scammed.

We have never come across this person before.
Judging from the one review this profile has done, we believe this was set up to leave a fake review.
We will look to Trustpilot to remove this on the grounds of not being genuine.
I re-dialled and called back the incoming phone number: 07565 085995 (of the girl I spoke to 5 minutes earlier) from; the call was taken by a girl who said she didn't phone me.
I can only the financial claim company who dialled from above number is fraud!

I just got scamed now and the people calling me two times and trying to help me to recover 12000CDN which is I got scamed I disconnected the call but call again and wants to verify me. Am Iam the right person or not they want to see my crypto account and my bank acct...
They were not professional and on my refusal to show my bank acct they were making voices .Then I checked the reviews here and got fully understand the situation .
So please don't show them anything...

We know this is a fake review, we have checked our system and have never had any correspondence with this individual from Canada.
We do not work with Canadian clients and would not have spoken like this either.
We urge readers to ignore, and concentrate on the genuine reviews left here by genuine clients who have had success stories.
Furthermore through Trustpilot's system we asked the person who left this review to verify themselves- this has been ignored, which further proves the point that this was not a genuine experience and therefore not a genuine review.
Total and complete fraudulent scheme.
These people are running a white collar scam, they will promise you a thousand things and literally do nothing, but take your money and ghost you, well if you are lucky they might send you a kiddish report, that you could get for free in any crypto tracing website.
Avoid these crooks! All the positive reviews are FAKE!
UPDATE: I am utterly dismayed by the incompetence displayed by these so-called "solicitors" who have demonstrated a shocking lack of understanding of even the most fundamental laws in the UK. They have publicly share my email and personal data without my explicit consent in their comment.
Under the UK GDPR regulation, organisations are legally obliged to obtain consent before collecting, processing, and sharing personal data. Therefore, the unauthorised sharing of my email address constitutes a blatant violation of GDPR laws. It's crucial to note that the UK's implementation of GDPR is firmly established in the Data Protection Act 2018.
I am taking immediate action by reporting these individuals to both the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Such flagrant disregard for the law warrants severe repercussions, including the revocation of their license. These individuals are not only incompetent but also evidently lack basic knowledge of legal principles and ethical standards expected of lawyers. They are nothing short of scammers, and they must be held accountable for their actions.
If you've also fallen victim to their deceitful practices, take action and report them immediately!

We do not have reference numbers like this, and they seem to be unsure if they are called Susan or Sarah- but we can confirm we have checked the internal system and neither “Sarah or “Susan” Briggs have ever been in contact with us.
We will await Trustpilot to remove this fake review, there is no breach of GDPR when fake names are used, and fake email addresses along with fake reference numbers
