No communication. No item. Seems like a scam company.

Love the animal leggings such a gorgeous print and material. Great communication and service.

Having paid for an order on the 9th October and money being sent, heard absolutely nothing from the company for well over a week. Sent emails that were ignored. (This item was pre made cardboard den...not something that needs hand making or has a lead time for delivery)

Having then found a contact on Instagram, the 17th, and I was assured the order would be sent out by the end of the weekend, (by the 19th) as people had been on holiday.

Unfortunately it wasn't sent as they stated, but I remained hopeful that maybe someone would contact me about the delay or provide some information on when they planned to send. They didn't.

I chased again 5 days later, when I still had no emails or communication asking if anyone could check what was happening. at this point Ashley immediately cancelled the order, essentially telling me it was cancelled because I had the audacity to ask if someone could let me know what was happening, rather than just sending the item she has sat on money for two weeks for

A terrible way to do business, poor customer service and attitude in general.

Pre-made product (rattle) was delivered 7 weeks after ordering, with no follow-up. When I emailed them 3 different times at 3 different emails, never received any response.

I’ve brought several items from Wear Milo’s including sweatshirts, hoodies, adults clothes, children’s clothes and custom made items. All of the fabrics wear and wash well and the designs are lovely which keeps me coming back to order more.

I ordered a crochet rainbow as a gift and it was perfect! Lots of colours to choose from so I found the exact combination I was looking for. It arrived beautifully packaged (the branded tissue paper and sticker seal is a lovely touch) and the recipient was delighted with the gift! If you’re looking for something special as a gift I would definitely recommend wear Milo’s - quality and service is exceptional and prices are a steal for the quality you get. This isn’t my first purchase and won’t be my last.
