Bought two pairs of Dublin zipped jodhpur boots for size knowing that one would have to be returned. The boots are great quality (although zips are very stiff at the moment).
The delivery was well packaged and delivered quickly.

Bought a comfitech rug. Awful design , rubs withers really badly on my Warmblood. Waste of money.

Shocking customer service...been a loyal customer for years but now you have to wait for 2 days to get response via email, the phone number wants you to leave a message and when returning an item you get this very high handed message basically saying that they MAY accept the return. Then there is another delay working out what is the next step. UK statutory rights say that we are allowed to send anything we have not seen in person back within 14 days of receipt. Seems to me that customers should spend money with them but not bother them if there is a problem. Never used to be like this

They are not high visibility at night.

The parka coats are good and do what it says on the tin but only 3 stars because they think the coats are perfect. These are high visibility jackets. Except they are not high visibility unless you can see the spine or chest of the dog. You can't. I photographed two dogs at night with a torch on them and you barely see them. I have modified mine with a reflective tape from the chest to the tail on both sides and sent photos to weatherbeeta. An extremely cheap and significant upgrade. They have totally ignored my suggestion. They clearly aren't bothered about your dog being truly safe at night.

I bought some jodhpurs and needed to return one pair as they were too big. I had a problem with the online return form so I emailed customer services about it, they quickly sorted it out and refund received promptly.

Didn’t last 2 weeks, fell to bits. If you have anything over 16hh. Don’t buy a weatherbetta, they will say their rugs do not fit and won’t let you claim on the warranty. £250 rug and didn’t last 2 weeks. Back to the cheap shire rug she was in before. WORST COMPANY/CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY IVE EVER COME ACROSS Go get a premier equine or shires rug, don’t waste your money.

Terrible customer service.
Bought a therapy tech turnout with the panel that runs down the inside of the rug. It’s like a fleece type fabric that pushes against the direction of the hair, so then won’t self righten.
Weatherbeetas reply was … not their problem. And wouldn’t help me out with this issue.
Pony had only had it on 6 hours and it’s useless now because the fabric just pulls against his hair.
I expected a better service from such a big company.
Wouldn’t recommend and I won’t buy their rugs again.

The good - the dog coats are great quality. The bad - we followed the measurement instructions meticulously and measured both dogs a number of times, including putting an existing 50cm dog coat (which fits perfectly) on one dog. The coats are vaste! You need at least a size smaller.

Now this would be fine, but if you order the ‘wrong size’, even if you have followed their measurement instructions religiously, they won’t do an exchange, and you have to return at your own cost for an eventual refund.

My terrier recently won a competition, he won a beautiful weatherbeeta coat.
Its so well made, comfortable for him, looks ace and very waterproof! Could not be happier with the service, or product. Top company will definitely use you in future! 100%recommend.

I bought a Weatherbeeta Breeze Combo. The single surcingle is not adequate to hold the rug in place, so it slipped when the horse rolled (within 10 minutes of wearing it) As the horse got up, he knelt on the front because it had slipped and it ripped at the buckle. It is a shame as the material is nice and design is smart. I bought it because my horse has a high wither and the rug has wither relief. I emailed the company and they said I should have sent it back unworn if I was suspicious about the single surcingle. So apparently you have to know more about rug design than the company who manufactures them. Surcingles stop the rug slipping. Everyone knows that. A high end product that is not worth the extra.

Poor products. Terrible customer service. I bought a Kyla coat which after one wash at low temperature fell apart. I complained to the retailer and then WeatherBeeta directly to be told it was my fault and they weren't prepared to do anything for me. £130 coat no longer wearable.

I purchased boots with the expectation that they would be of quality as they are not cheap and made for horse riding. Unfortunately this is inaccurate. After wearing the boots no more than 8 times, mainly walking to the shop with nothing challenging the heel collapsed on one boot.

I spoke to the Dublin team who said they could not do anything as they were over a year old despite it being a manufacturing issue. The store I purchased them from even chased them for a refund as they saw the boots and could see they were hardly worn and that it was a manufacturing issue but Dublin still took no responsibility.

My next boots will be from a company which has pride in their products.

Avoid avoid.
First the boots on the website have been photographed to look a certain way, ie far narrower and less like wellies. Well they are like wellies but with less style.
Then try to get a refund out of them. After they received the boots on 12 November I was promised refund within 14 days, then another 3-5 days. And now it's 'Your refund was processed on 24.11.21. Once initiated by our accounting department, the final transaction will be completed by your credit card company, typically within 5-10 business days.'
Just a load of garbage to hang on to mey £166!
I note from their Facebook that other customers have had boots which fall apart within a month!
Australian company and presumably the owners don't care as long as their money keeps rolling in.

Poor company response/responsibility. Purchased horse Comfitec Fly rugs. Navy binding had very stiff edge and poorly stitched. After four hours a rubbed sore patch on horses neck. Company told me to contact retail outlet, who in turn told me as bough in sale and been worn nothing they could do. This is not a cheap rug. Weatherbeeta did not even acknowledge an issue. Luckily rug replaced with Rambo with softer material used for areas around neck where more pressure is placed while horse grazing in fine summer coats that need softer touch. Poor customer experience.

I loved the fluorescent dog coat and was recommending it to friends but the stitching between the belly section and body section came undone within 5 weeks so only the tape joined the two. I contacted Weatherbeeta who initially seemed helpful but once I sent a copy of the receipt and they realised it was bought elsewhere they washed their hands of it. If they made it and it breaks within 5 weeks then why not sort it and cut out the middle man that will take up more of my time, the 'middle man' time as well as theirs whilst I lose confidence in them as a company and will let others know if discussing dog coat purchases in the future. A simple positive response would have left me continuing with my five star reviews which I will now be changing.

I have bought two coats for my dogs from this company. The first I bought one from Pets at Home and have had it a few years. We were so happy with it, when we needed another for a new rescue we re-homed.
This time we bought direct. The service was efficient and the coat delivered within a few days.
The coats are well made and the dogs find them comfortable to wear. I would recommend the fluorescent coats.

I bought a Weatherbeeta dog bed Pillow, the visible fabric looks great and is really sturdy but the base fabric that sits on the floor is like paper and totally unsuitable. The bed is not fit for purpose - I emailed Weatherbeeta customer service and they could not care less. I really wouldn’t bother buying anything from this company - poor quality - shocking customer service!

I was given a Weatherbeeta dog coat for my lurcher as a Christmas present. While the coat fitted and was warm and waterproof, the design cut into the front legs of my dog. Where it had not cut through the skin, it rubbed off all her fur. I contacted the company as there is nothing on their website to state that it is not suitable for lurchers etc. The response was inadequate at best. The email also suggested that the fault lay in my dog having sensitive skin. Not a great response after all the promises on line of quality etc. Very poor customer service reflecting a company who clearly don't care about their customers experience. No offer to exchange for one that they would be sure would not cut or a refund. Very disappointing and frustrating.
