The order took longer than the promised…
The order took longer than the promised SLA over a month. The Frog foot installation missed their appointment with no communication to me and I had to be the one communicating and making follow-up. After installation is took 2 weeks before the Fibre was active. I received bad services 😕

One minute I am applying, within 2 hours its RICA, the following day is delivery, same evening we are connected. We applied on Monday and were connected by Thursday.
