Deceptive, disrespectful, and dishonest.
If you plan to do business with this company, I suggest you read this entire review first then decide whether you want to risk being their customer.
1) Deceptive pricing.
They will create the ILLUSION that you are getting a good deal by presenting a "limited-time offer" much cheaper than their "regular" price. In fact, I got my website "package" with them at about 50% off the price written on their website. The pricing written on their website is a fake price that is way above the market price. This is why when you enter the website, they immediately ask for your phone number or use text chat to offer you an actually reasonable offer to lure you into their trap.
TLDR: Website Turbix puts their public prices absurdly high so when they offer you an "insane limited-time offer"-which is actually the reasonable market price-you think you are getting crazy value. This is a terrible and deceptive business practice.
2) Forgets about you after you pay.
Website Turbix was, at first, extremely responsive to my concerns and needs. That was the case until my $1k went into their wallet. I paid for and started my project in the middle of October 2022. Three months later, in January 2023, I received exactly one website template, one revision, and one invoice template. Three months and the project was nowhere CLOSE to being done. The response times eventually turned from a few hours to an entire week-I'd text my project manager and get a response one week later. Website Turbix had no respect for my time, and I'm concerned that they won't have any for yours either.
TLDR: After you pay, Website Turbix becomes extremely unresponsive and slow. I had to wait 7 days for a text response and in three months, my website with them was about 30% finished.
3) Fake promises of satisfaction and refund.
When I was still deciding which company I wanted to work with, Website Turbix assured me that they guarantee a full refund if I am not satisfied. Needless to say, I was deeply unsatisfied with their 1-week response times and the little progress on my project. After giving them three months to prove themselves, I decided that it was time to ask for a refund. Guess what? A big fat "NO WAY". The explanation? "Because your reason for a refund is not in line with what our policies determine is applicable, we cannot offer you a refund." In other terms, they decide whether you are satisfied, not you. So if you are not satisfied and ask for a refund, they might not agree with your dissatisfaction and might not give you a refund.
TLDR: Website Turbix lies about guaranteeing satisfaction and refund. I had terrible experiences with them and when I asked for a refund, they told me that they decide whether I am eligible for a refund, not whether I am satisfied or not.
Conclusion: Website Turbix in my experience is a deceptive, disrespectful, and dishonest company. Proceed at your own risk.
