Zero stars. And I just called the number you have for them here 213-933-2150 which answered with no company - just a guy who says it is NOT Website Turbix and hung up on me. I paid and have written agreement to host our site and give our files without further cost for over another year. They dishonored it by demanding another $600, stated we'll have to pay another $1K for our files (which is the only reason we paid for the additional hosting in the first place), and said they have a big legal department and are unconcerned about any complaints. We refused and now they've replaced our website with a big notice "Website isn't ADA Compliant" for all our customers to see. No working phone numbers. No response to emails. We've filed complaints with FTC and BBB to start. Good luck.

Website Aspire does not appear to be a legitimate company. They are doing business illegitimately in California and in Texas. We have filed a lawsuit against the company in California and are looking forward to doing the same in Texas. This company does business as Website Aspire in Los Angeles, CA and are also doing business as Website Aspire and Digital Turbix in Katy/Sugarland, Texas. They do not appear to be registered in both States as legitimate businesses. We engaged them to design a website. They charged our credit card in advance and provided no services or work product. We are still chasing after them in multiple States to recover our money. Be warned!

I trusted Website Turbix since they promised to create "a perfect website to my satisfaction," which is why I joined up with them. I requested adjustments, and while some minor improvements were made, my dissatisfaction persisted. When I asked for a refund, I was informed that they don't offer them. I was then informed that I would be charged for all adjustments moving forward.
I was also informed that my disclaimer was never issued when I inquired about it. I sent an email confirming that it was sent on October 4, 2003, at 2:04 PM. I understand the significance of the disclaimer, and I refuse to accept that it was not included on my website.
My website was released, and I was embarrassed to discover that the graphics were not secured in place, but instead flowed across the sites in real time. I sent videos to everyone to show them how the images moved, so they could see it for themselves. This was not acceptable. I was not happy with my website, so I emailed Jason twice but they never responded.
Lastly, Jason, you had an opportunity to make this right, but you chose not to acknowledge my concerns. A website is for the world to see, and you cannot take my money, design a terrible business website, and make fake promises and think it's okay. Dealing with Sam and Jason to create my website was a horrible experience. In order to safeguard my work, I had to take my website down. I asked for a 50% refund with high hopes that this problem could have been resolved. I do not write reviews, but this was important to me. Website Turbix is not recommended. I am taking a stand and speaking out so that no one else has to go through this.

If you plan to do business with this company, I suggest you read this entire review first then decide whether you want to risk being their customer.

1) Deceptive pricing.
They will create the ILLUSION that you are getting a good deal by presenting a "limited-time offer" much cheaper than their "regular" price. In fact, I got my website "package" with them at about 50% off the price written on their website. The pricing written on their website is a fake price that is way above the market price. This is why when you enter the website, they immediately ask for your phone number or use text chat to offer you an actually reasonable offer to lure you into their trap.

TLDR: Website Turbix puts their public prices absurdly high so when they offer you an "insane limited-time offer"-which is actually the reasonable market price-you think you are getting crazy value. This is a terrible and deceptive business practice.

2) Forgets about you after you pay.
Website Turbix was, at first, extremely responsive to my concerns and needs. That was the case until my $1k went into their wallet. I paid for and started my project in the middle of October 2022. Three months later, in January 2023, I received exactly one website template, one revision, and one invoice template. Three months and the project was nowhere CLOSE to being done. The response times eventually turned from a few hours to an entire week-I'd text my project manager and get a response one week later. Website Turbix had no respect for my time, and I'm concerned that they won't have any for yours either.

TLDR: After you pay, Website Turbix becomes extremely unresponsive and slow. I had to wait 7 days for a text response and in three months, my website with them was about 30% finished.

3) Fake promises of satisfaction and refund.
When I was still deciding which company I wanted to work with, Website Turbix assured me that they guarantee a full refund if I am not satisfied. Needless to say, I was deeply unsatisfied with their 1-week response times and the little progress on my project. After giving them three months to prove themselves, I decided that it was time to ask for a refund. Guess what? A big fat "NO WAY". The explanation? "Because your reason for a refund is not in line with what our policies determine is applicable, we cannot offer you a refund." In other terms, they decide whether you are satisfied, not you. So if you are not satisfied and ask for a refund, they might not agree with your dissatisfaction and might not give you a refund.

TLDR: Website Turbix lies about guaranteeing satisfaction and refund. I had terrible experiences with them and when I asked for a refund, they told me that they decide whether I am eligible for a refund, not whether I am satisfied or not.

Conclusion: Website Turbix in my experience is a deceptive, disrespectful, and dishonest company. Proceed at your own risk.

Jason and Alex the team has been great they really have been doing a great job building my website the service has been great , they are very prompt with adding features to the website , I gave them creative control and I am very pleased by the progress in my website I would recommend Jason and Alex team to anyone ans I plan to use them for more of my business in the near future, the whole team has been professional and courteous Paul N.

Jason (and Website Turbix) did very little to assist me. After spending an initial $300 to get started, I was charged another $1K to move on to the next phase of developing my website. However, before any phases of the site was complete, I was encouraged to spend more money to have someone else in the company create my content (which is what I thought the $1K was for). When I declined to pay the additional fee for the added service, I was left to create the content on my own. Once I submitted the content that I hoped would be a part of my site, I didn't hear anything back for at least another week. I felt taken advantage of so I moved on to another company that I found more helpful. However, I lost $1,400 through the experience with Jason and Website Turbix!

Jack Wilson provides excellent service and commitment to his clients needs. He delivered a clean, fresh and user friendly website for our rental car business. Always courteous and polite in his interactions.

Truly knows his craft and it shows in the work he produces— the final product shows that true heart and time was put in its creation.

Websiteturbix is a great find! Affordable price, highly professional work, and easy to communicate with. They got us just what we were looking for and just the way we needed it before our deadline. A good experience working with this company. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a professional website done. They're awesome!!!

Getting an E-commerce website done on a tight deadline isn't easy especially when you have over 400 products to sell. I was fortunate enough to come across websiteturbix online and after speaking with a rep who explained everything in detail I signed up. A week later my website was live and running. Highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a professional bunch to work with.
