This company is not recommended in any way due to the following.
The company agreed to purchase my number plate, and all the requests for posting the relevant documents were complied with. These were posted on 9th January by recorded delivery. Nothing was heard from this company until 24th January. Several attempts were made to contact them via telephone company via their internal messaging service but not replied to.
A letter threatening court action provided a swift response from the company. No apology was offered, just excuses. Had it not been for the threat of court action I believe I would not have received any response. They provide no means of contacting them via telephone, simply by email through their own internal messaging service.
Shocking customer service. My only resolution was to cancel the retention certificate through DVL A.

This company is a joke said they would only value my number plate for £250 when Iv had evaluations between £3500/£5000 how the hell it's got so many 5 star reviews is suspicious
