I originally bought 2 pair of shorts at their festival stall, I took 1 pair back, they didn't fit so well. I had worn the others.
They didn't have the correct size but ordered some online and refunded me for the ones I returned. They arrived at home before we got back.

Lovely soft cropped leggings. Have worn and washed these and they washed well. Are true to size and perfect for summer with tunics or t shirts.

Prompt delivery, excellent product. Downside was my partner did not try on the product for 3 weeks! Then found that it was too small across the shoulders! Thankfully I could return it easily by post and sorted within 24 hours. I have always found Weird Fish products good quality and reasonably priced. I am 67 and can easily find something to my size and taste.

I received a very thin, very short in body and arms, cardigan that was way overpriced even as a sale price. I had to return. The return was easy to sort out but extremely slow at their end to process the refund.

I have several dresses in the same style I love them and need every pattern available, to make my wardrobe complete. Delivery is fantastic and ordering is no problem. Quality is second to non - perfect. Don't change a thing.

It took an email and 7 days to be refunded.

Communication would have been nice. E.g. " We've received your returns and are processing them. You can expect a refund by... "

Love this bag for travel. Perfect size and lightweight. I knew I would have to have it sent from the UK (I saw a woman with the bag behind me in line on my last trip), and was delighted that the shipping was so reasonable. Came quickly and could not be happier. Only wish there was an outside pocket on the back for phone.
