GUYS DONT TRUST THEM!!
friend of mine had really really bad experience and lost a lot of money with them.
First of all they are not professionals. Their attitude and work is blatantly disrespectful, and this on each aspect of the « service» they claim to provide.
They gave her a nice presentation by face time call, well dressed and nice words that convinced her to give it a go but, as soon as she’s payed them the attitude Started to change.
They Started to chat with her via WhatsApp with 3/4 different phone numbers and making video calls from the same numbers, often shirtless. The person on the phone wasn’t able to communicate or speak proper English, let alone understanding the customer’s expectations.
Furthermore it’s very difficult to close to impossible to reach them and once you have the chance to communicate it’s at night or on weekends (?!?). How can you work properly on these conditions?
oh, and the deadlines are not stuck to. On the contract they state that they’ll give you the website in 21 days. They took more then 3 month to create a website.
You also have the feeling you are bothering them by checking on how the project is proceeding.
She’s finally resolved to contact another website design company and she had to pay them as well to re create the website, having all the password and hosting gone lost.
REALLY a NIGHTMARE.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. It’s a FRAUD!

Once I had paid for the service he disappeared and stopped answering my calls and replying to emails. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt assuming that he may be doing work behind the scenes but after a month had gone by, I still hadn't gotten a reply. As I was never given the website and was therefore forced to take legal action against him to get my money back. I also took the issue to action fraud and trading standards as this man is trying to scam innocent people by pretending to offer a service.

Decided to take legal action and once this company received letter from the court they reach out but still ended up with no refund and will have to fight this in court don't go down this line unless you want a court battle I really hope they have to pay the £5000 fine.
