Kind pharmacist who knows their stuff

Went for flu jab with a work voucher, and so very pleased they have teamed up with Well. The pharmacist was efficient, knowledgeable and welcoming. Bonus points for no waiting time. Will be going there for all my pharmacy needs from now on.

A uniquely terrible pharmacy

A uniquely terrible pharmacy.

Staff are inattentive,rude and unhelpful.

As a vulnerable neurodivergent person I would have expected those in healthcare to be a little more patient and understanding. Rather than explaining how they could try and make this easier for me they simply said “you need to sort it out with them” whilst I was clearly distressed.

I felt that the staff at the location did not care about me in the slightest.

Staff need to be sacked

Waiting for over a week for medication which is life saving and still waiting. The staff have no interest doing their job they are paid to do it's a disgrace to call this a pharmacy. Every time I go to college a prescription according to the staff they have just received it even tho the doctor sent it days before. Then told they need three days notice before it's ready. Sorry I promise I won't die for a week just so you can carry on as you do. I am now looking for a different pharmacy.

Staff miserable

Every time I’ve been here staff act like it’s an inconvenience that you’re coming to get a prescription. Even after 3 days of waiting they say well we only got it yesterday like it’s your fault. Moved pharmacies

No help!!!!

It was easy enough to set up my account and request my medication. I did request a dossete box or tray as I have a disability and I was advised they don’t do this due to short notice of medication and people not getting medication on time and would be best I go back to my last pharmacy. I need to move my pharmacist as it is in London and only reason for this is because they do dosset box, however this is a nightmare if my medication isn’t in or any medication is added, I can hardly go and pick it up from there. I need something closer and really struggling with no help

If you are having difficultly finding a pharmacy nearby to you, please speak with your surgery and see if they are able to help you locate a pharmacy that is closer and able to fulfill the requirements of providing you with a Dossett box. Poor Level of service

Poor level of service in store and at head office.

Previously 1 branch gave me the wrong medicine which wasn’t a mistake as they printed a label online and stuck on the packet to cover it up. Doctor reported this after I gave them the packet.

More recently I had a poor experience and sent in a complaint as the 1st step, always best to give a company chance to resolve something prior to writing a negative review. Complaint sent on the 13th June, not even had an acknowledgment let alone a response, clearly dont care
