Online delivery of my regular…
Online delivery of my regular prescription to my local chemist is fast and efficient. The only delay maybe in collecting the prescription - our local chemist offers so many different services, that it can cause some queues and waiting for up to 15 mins to be served.

Day 2 PCR test takes ages to process
I ordered Covid19 PCR tests for day 2 after travel in hope that it will get quicker processed if we do not need to post it, but drop it to the pharmacy box instead. First it took ages to come (5 day after tests were ordered) and then after we dropped it of at the box in the pharmacy (just after they opened) we received the information after 2 days that they received the test in the lab (literally 46 hours after drop off, the test was received by the lab). I'm still on quarantine and not sure when the result will come. I'll not use Well as test provider in the future. I assume the test itself will be OK (I do not know that as I still do not have a result and i's my day 6 of quarantine), but the transport of the test needs improving.
