Text to say meds ready, on arrival note on door says temporarily closed use kingshedges (nearest) saw chemist inside knocked on window as meds were ready at this one. Pharmacist was very rude said he doesn't answer to knocks on window and he's entitled to a lunch break. Of course he is but it says temp. Closed not be open in an hr. How was I to know. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Shocking.
Firstly had to wait over an hour.Then an assistant struggled with my name and medication,and was told to sit and wait which I did.This was a repeat prescription by the way.15 minutes later told better find another pharmacist as he did not think they had the items.I asked when will you know,which he replied dont know.plus all stock levels very low of every thing.

Thank you for providing your feedback regarding one of our well stores. We are very sorry to hear of your recent experience and for the service you received.
Unfortunately when a medication is out of stock, manufacturers/suppliers do not give dates of when medication can be ordered/will be available. Some medications are difficult to source at the moment and we apologise for any inconvenience this causes. It is important that if we don't have stock of the medication you require then our pharmacies must signpost patients, so will advise to try another pharmacy to see if they are able to fulfill the prescription for you. Stock levels can vary from pharmacy to pharmacy.

After discharge from hospital with a mended hip, I found that I was down to the last 4 pills of a newly prescribed medication originated by the hospital. Well pharmacy facilitated the ordering of a new prescription from my GP and promised priority delivery. True to that promise, the new pills were delivered this morning shortly after I had managed to drop and lose the last of my pills! Thank you Well Pharmacy.
