I bought the Goddess Elixir from Chemist Warehouse $50 I paid going by the high reviews. The very next day I felt bloated and no relief from my perimenopausal symptoms. Gained weight. Stopped after one week. Not for me.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with WelleCo. It’s been almost 4 weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received it.

This is an extremely long wait time, especially without clear communication or updates. For a brand like WelleCo, I expected a much better level of service.

Unfortunately, this has been quite frustrating and not the experience I was hoping for. I am not even looking forward to using the the product.

Technically incompetent (phone and chat wait times are an hour plus) and are unwilling to be flexible when they make mistakes. Operator said there about my missed health screening “we make one off exception if you miss your screening date but not in this case.”

Really disappointed as paid a lot for product following Elle McPherson's endorsing of and the taste of the super elixir original is absolutely indigestible awful. The texture is way off. I cannot stomach andly of the greens blends again the taste is awful and the texture isn't right no matter how long blended eyc.

Absolutely terrible service.

Order #EU164570 was placed on March 3rd, and I still have zero information about where it is. I’ve sent 5 emails and tried contacting customer support through the website — no response at all.

This is not a delay, this is complete customer neglect.

If you’re thinking about ordering — don’t. Once they take your money, you apparently no longer exist.

I placed an order during Black Friday (buy one, get two free) to test the product. I did not subscribe to any monthly plan. However, I have been receiving a product every month and being charged the full price, even though my account shows no active subscription. I have requested: (1) cancellation of any unauthorized subscription linked to my account, (2) an immediate stop to all future shipments and charges, and (3) a refund of the charges already taken. I am currently awaiting their response.
As for the product itself, I tested it for several days and did not notice any improvement in my condition. The taste is okay, nothing special, and the claimed effects are not verified (at least in my experience).

I have been taking the Wellco greens since my daughter put me onto them 4 years ago, I notice a difference in my wellbeing and energy when not taking the product - I wouldnt live my life without it now - I am nearly 81 years old and living a very active life

Love love the Super Elixir from Welleco Australia . I took this years ago and just got out of the habit , well after an exhausting Xmas I decided to buy it again. Bought from Chemist Warehouse for a great price , the Blood Orange flavour is soooo much more palatable than the original . The main thing is after only 5 days I already feel amazing , so much more energy , mood is much brighter and truely sleeping like a log. Cannot recommend this highly enough . I won’t be stopping this again . 10 out of 10.

I've been trying to order 3 products for over a week now, the website has conflicting prices (25% off for new subscribers) $88 down to $66 for 1 of the products so I thought ok I'll subscribe and save but when you click to add the product to your cart it only takes 20% off $70 in cart right up until checkout...
Customer service responses weren't helpful saying only 1 discount code at a time /but it still didn't address the problem and the price discrepancy on the webpage. They sent me a $10 off code which didn't work either - Bit of a shambles so I've given up trying. It's $69 at chemist warehouse so maybe I'll try it but it's already left a bad taste in my mouth. What a shame.

I so so wanted to love this product- the Super Elixir by Elle McPherson … but it has caused chronic diarrhea and stomach upsets daily for almost 5 weeks now so I’ve just thrown it … I read other reviews about reducing the dosage to 1 teaspoon in place of two which I did for 3 weeks out of the 5 weeks I took it, but the diarrhea and stomach upsets continued … I’m so disappointed … it didn’t taste great either. I’m going to try Live it up Greens next.

I had a recent enquiry with WelleCo and their customer service team was exceptional. They replied quickly, were incredibly helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Emma in particular was fantastic, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist.

It’s rare to experience this level of genuine care and efficiency. Really impressed and grateful for the great service. Highly recommend WelleCo!

I have just received my order for menopause and within 3 days my energy changed, my sleep patterns changed and also I was back to going to the toilet as normal instead of being bloated constantly. I didn't want to go on anything drastic yet. This has made a huge difference for me and libido also has come back. Can not recommend enough.

Horrible product and Customer Service

It is just a "Greens" mix, nothing special. There are way better greens out there with way better flavors. It didn't mix at all with water and the taste was nothing compared to other companies.

None of my free gifts came with my first order and customer service didn't offer to send them to me, nor do anything in apology for their error.

I wish I would have checked here before ordering, I got duped by their marketing. I hope Elle is ashamed of what her name is associated with.

This crooked company put my paypal on autopay and they keep charging my account without my consent!

I've been purchasing WelleCo's Super Elixir and Nourishing Protein for many years. The benefits are real — the greens deliver on their claims, and the protein is easily the cleanest on the market. It’s a genuinely excellent combo to start the day.

However, I've recently noticed a sharp decline in customer service. Replies to emails regarding late fulfilment arrive overnight, and live chat is generally unattended during business hours (AEST), suggesting support has been outsourced — likely a cost-cutting measure that comes at the expense of customer experience.

They've also replaced their rewards program with a two-tier system offering either:

A paid membership ($79/year), or
A subscription model.
There are now no rewards for one-off purchases — only for ongoing spend, which feels exclusionary and unappreciative.

In addition, their email marketing has always been relentless and nothing has changed. Daily post-purchase follow-ups, offers, and reminders clutter the inbox. It cheapens the brand and feels out of step with the wellness ethos they promote.

Collectively, this all points to a strategy focused on increasing profit while reducing value and service for loyal customers.

It’s a real shame — I truly believe in the quality of WelleCo’s products. But like many growing businesses, they seem to be prioritising expansion over customer care.

Tried the Super Elixir and the Evening Elixir
The super elixir I’m in my first month so I am still waiting and hoping for improvements to skin, gut etc. so far nothing and I’m at week 3
Evening Elixir I had to stop taking. Gave me awful diarrhoea, I assume due to the high quantity of magnesium
Both products combined cost over $120 so they are not cheap. So far I’m not impressed at all

However I'd go straight to customer service, the response was immediate and better than the online navigation of cancelling service

So grateful for a Greens product that is easy on the taste buds (blood orange) that enables me to take it every morning as well as sell it in Chemist Warehouse. I travel full time therefore unable to get the cheaper product on subscription. Easy compromise to pay top dollar for easy access. I have never stuck to a greens product until now - the ease of taste is critical as much as how it makes me feel. (particularly digestive) Daily now for 4 months and I wouldn't be without it. Thanks WelleCo

I have been a customer since the start of the company! Life changing supplements. Excellent customer care! My favourite ones are the super elixir, the evening elixir and nourishing protein.

Product is fine. Used it for 2 weeks but it gave me a stomach ache. Decreased dose but still gave me diarrhea. I tried to cancel the second shipment before it was sent out but they sent it and charged me for it anyway. Cancelling the subscription was not straight forward and they don't make this an easy process. I shouldn't have to click 'cancel subscription' 6 times before confirming the cancellation. Surprised they get away with this. I feel incredibly ripped off by WelleCo.
