I bought a pair of the magnification glasses advertised in the Sun, they are not what I expected, I did get another pair free and a pair of sunglasses, the glasses didn't fit over my prescription glasses so could not read nothing, also my mistake I thought they would were like JML but these are battery not USB. Won't be using this company again, these are just cheap copies of JML.

gold electric razor full page ad in a sunday newspaper ,money took out my bank,no email or any notifications, this is as bad as your readers say, why is this company allowed to trade or prosecuted and jailed. i want my money back paid by visa, if they pass my details on to other companies they will be prosecuted

Just received junk post off Wellform,a small catalougue,and seperate leaflet selling erection spray.The photo on the front of the leaflet has a naked woman in a suggestive position.It looks like something from a porn magazine.I'm thoroughly disgusted and find it highly offensive.
Why hasn't this vile company been shut down yet?

Do not, under any circumstances, give these people your email address. You will be subjected to a deluge of spam multiple times a day and nothing you can do will persuade them to stop. Ever.

Ordered 3 fruit trees apple, cherry & pair. 2 apple 1 pair arrived when i rang customer services they said that a mistake was made on the labeling 😂🤣 What a load of crap.

Ordered two sets of Cherry, Pear and Apple. Arrived quickly, the labels are in Serbian so not easy to figure which tree is which. I complained, they said the warehouse has a problem with labels: no surprise there. Reslised I got 4 Apple and 2 Pear. Complained agsin request they send me 2 Cherry but no reply. Will inform police of fraud. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Avoid this company - I ordered some socks from them which eventually arrived after 28 days. Two days later I received a phone call from another company, Easylife, offering me a special 'free' monthly trial of a nutritional supplement. I declined after it appeared that if I accepted the trial, an automatic 3-monthly standing order for £27 for repeat orders of the supplement would be set up. It appears that all my details - name, address, phone number, credit card details etc. had been passed on to this third party company by Wellform Direct.
Beware - It appears that Wellform Direct may pass your personal details to other companies, and you are likely to receive subsequent unsolicited 'Cold Calls' with 'special offers'.

I saw an advert for Vital Socks in TV Choice magazine, which was under Wellform Direct company. The advert said 10% off if you buy 2 pairs of the compression socks, but it also said on the order form that there was £6.00 discount if you bought any 2 pairs. So I ordered a pair for myself, and a pair for my friend.

I decided to buy online as it's quicker, and on my phone tariff it would've cost me 60p a minute to call the order line. When the order didn't arrive in 14 days, I chased it up by contacting Wellform customer services. They did respond fairly quickly, and said that my order would be sent out in a couple of days. I replied that this was fine, but what about the discount in the advert? I said that the advert said 2 different things - 10% off if you order 2 pairs, but also that there was a £6.00 discount if you ordered any 2 pairs on the order form. I told them I saw the advert in TV Choice magazine.
Customer services then responded telling me I needed to send them evidence of this - and photographic proof of what their advert said! Astounded, I said I would go to the public library and get a member of staff to help me scan the page with their advert, and send them the proof. I said they should know what their own advert said, but they said "when you send the proof then we can go from there".
In the meantime, the compression socks came - the courier service was great. The product itself is actually very good, and I was satisfied with the compression socks. But after sending the proof of the discount, which I had not received, I then finally received an e-mail saying that I don't qualify for the discounts advertised because I did not order by mail, or call the expensive order line. Instead I placed an order online so that's why I won't get the discount. For me the fact that they didn't make that clear, and the fact they said I had to prove what their advert said, is the reason why I won't use Wellform Direct again. Shame as the product was actually quite satisfactory.

I ordered 3 fruit trees on their offer ad - could not believe how quickly they came - I sent a cheque and the trees arrived before the cheque came out of my bank so 10 out of 10 for that - the only problem is that they were supposed to be pear apple and cherry but 2 apple and 1 pear arrived and they were a bit spindly and not as straight as in the ad but let's see what happens with them.

If I could give this company zero I would. Do not touch them with a barge pole. The delivery of their items come from Cyprus and not UK. Still waiting 2 months on. Customer service promise dates in 2 week increments.

I can only endorse all the comments below - and yes, this company sells your data to scammers so do not give them your phone number!

I ordered a product in late March and it didn't arrive and after mid May. I couldn't wait any longer as my partner was due to bring the tablets to me in Spain. They refunded my money promptly when I asked for it (within 2 days) I've told them if the product arrives whilst my partner is in Spain I will re submit my payment to them as they in my opinion were more than happy to pay me my money back and are trusting me to pay when and if they finally arrive thanks again wellform

This company also trades and advertises under the name JEAN PATRIQUE selling kitchenware.
IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SELL YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES including funeral companies. You then get bombarded with mail from funeral companies which is tactless and unpleasant.
Wellform Direct/Jean Patrique will NOT supply the goods you order within the promised time frame and you will be met with lies and excuses when you chase up the order. You might eventually receive your order weeks or months later.
When you call the (inaptly named) customer services of Wellform Direct, who are apparently based in Sittingbourne, you are met with ignorant people who blatantly lie to you, then keep giving you various other numbers to call. Basically they gaslight you.

This company will abuse your statutory data rights then blatantly lie about it - bad luck for them I have written proof of their breach of GDPR which will be furnished to the ICO.

Awful company. Placed order 22nd FEBRUARY. Supposed to be next day dispatch. Later on they said 3-5 days. Much later 7-20 days then 7-28 days. After many messages my order arrived 26th APRIL! Shocking.

States fast delivery. 4 weeks so far and no delivery ? Won't refund ? Crap service they deserve to go to the wall.

I ordered from this company because of an advertisement in a reputable broad sheet, what a mistake. Like other customers I should have read the reviews. Plants arrived in the most awful condition and went straight in the bin. No fool like an old fool but I have learned a lesson!!

Had I known the company would be the last on my list. I bought two bottles of prostacyptol which never arrived since march 10th and was later told in an offish manner that my purchase would not arrive for another 28 days. I asked for my £69.00.
This was before I read the reviews. Now I'll be sure to read the reviews on any product I intend to purchase. I definitely want my money back soonest.

I wish that I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot & other sites before ordering from Wellform UK. They didn't inform me that the product I ordered was out of stock, it was only when I chased them up that I discovered this. Subsequently, they have given me 2 different delivery dates. I have asked for my money back, which I'm yet to receive.

Bought a Robotic Vacuum. Absolute
rubbish. Nowhere in the advertisements does it state it does not work on carpets. Doesn't even work properly on tiles. Guess where it is made? China!!! Have returned it ,hopefully to get money back.
Avoid this company.at all costs.Ads. in papers also misleading as to price.

Do not order anything from this company. The information on their website is misleading. Their customer service line (08710750225) will get you nowhere. Either it is not answered, or, as on my phone comes back as SPAM or with a message that this number is paid at a premium-despite them saying on their website that calls to that number are at a local rate. I had ordered items from them before and there had been troubles each time.
