UPDATE: The product finally arrived after almost 4 weeks. I've only been using it just over a week so it's too soon to report on results, so will come back and edit when I have given it enough time to show results.

Still haven't received the product (Spain). It's been 3 weeks. They just keep telling me to wait, there's no tracking and "there have been some slight delays in Portugal and Spain due to Customs". Considering I had to pay €6 for shipping, on top of the product cost and taxes, it's not a great start :-(

Instead of the promised 5-10 working days, the order arrived after 4 weeks. After a while they didn't even bother to reply to my emails.

This company provides all the information you need on this product and any updates on their newsletter. Product has helped with my flushes and rarely have them unsure about my bone density as can’t get tested for that but the bone in my finger that use to flare up is very good.

Great product…. Wellsprings bio identical cremes have gotten me through the worst of hormonal menopausal symptoms. Couldn’t have done it without them!

Great products, very professional company

I've used Wellsprings since May last year. I needed to find a good product that was going to help with my peri-menopause symptoms. I now use the menopause capsules, along with the 20-1 cream. I've had success & managed to get my peri menopause symptoms, finally, under some sort of control. They do ship from the US I believe so, takes a bit longer for delivery. I would recommend them.

I always find the topics in the newsletter informative and relevant with evidenced based facts. Whenever I have emailed for advice, the staff have replied promptly. Although my purchases take a little longer than the estimated delivery times, I don't mind as I live in a very rural area.

The site is easy to use, the news letters are very informative and you can contact a doctor to confirm any issues regarding the creams. The service is quite fast and efficient.

Do not buy from this company. My order was placed on 27 January 2025 and I still haven't received the item. I have contacted customer support who advised that orders are sent untracked and that it would take up to 15 working days to receive. It's been a month and I still haven't received the item. Subsequent emails to customer support have gone unanswered. Obviously the item is lost. I spent $93 for nothing. I will send another email today to ask for a refund.

An expensive but very satisfying serum. I hope it's doing something good for my skin as I believe the ingredients are now established as actives. Feels lovely, smells amazing and, smooth and silky then sinks in and doesn't pill under make up. I have bulk bought more and will continue with it. Hopefully it pays off

I've been using the progesterone cream for about 3 months now and have seen a huge difference.
I have so much more energy, headaches and nausea are gone which was the biggest issue.
Skin and muscle tone has improved so much too as well as sleep and hot flushes.

Started using Serenity cream pump dispenser to help with menopause symptoms, it is amazing! Then purchased oestrogen cream to help with intimate dryness (I use internally) the results are fantastic. These products have given me back a normal sex life! ( if you know what I mean!) The menopausal problems have practically vanished, I feel like 'me' again. How long it does take the product to be deliver? I bought it.. 10 days ago... And I haven't received it yet..

It has been a gradual process, (not a quick fix), but within a few months my quality of life improved significantly.
