Fantastic work and really easy to deal with.

We learned that a Westbury garden room is unique. From the initial discussions about our requirements and wishes; through the design phase, into construction and implementation; and then post-project 'clean up', everything is done to ensure that the customer is satisfied.

From the beginning of the process to the completion of our Orangery the staff have been first class in every single aspect. The guys worked so hard on site and spent 2 weeks from first thing in the morning until late evening every day to ensure a quality finish.
I would have no hesitation to recommend Westbury Garden Rooms for a quality and valued product.

Right from the start of the conceptual drawings through to completion of works Westbury went above and beyond (even to the point of arranging a window cleaner !) The garden room is now by far our favorite seating area and hugely compliments the house. We would not hesitate in giving a glowing recommendation.

As always, a great service from Westbury Garden Rooms. They go above and beyond to ensure incredible precision and attention to detail for a top of the range product and service. Great team of people that are friendly and solution driven. Thanks guys.

We have recently had an orangery designed and installed by Westbury to incorporate a new kitchen and we been delighted with the experience. The room is beautiful and filled with light, the pricing was fully explained and stuck to and the whole process of installing the orangery was efficient and on time. We were kept up to date throughout and the Westbury guys were polite and professional to have in our home. The end result is better than we imagined - genuinely no complaints at all.

We now have a beautiful orangery instead of a dilapidated conservatory which we use a every day. Professional service from start to finish and s bonus of it all being professionally cleaned on completion. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service and a beautiful orangery

We really love the aesthetic and the quality of our new kitchen extension and windows. It fits perfectly with our granite farmhouse and the works themselves were completed efficiently when the Westbury installers came to our house.

The reason I cannot give Westbury five stars is that their operations department is severely lacking. They did not understand the Guernsey building approval rules and process (this is a MUST if you want to service clients in other jurisdictions) leading to a delay on our side. Moreover, they were often rude to our builder (who was trying to help) and didn't stay appropriately organized as to what needed to be done in what order etc. Lastly, they forced me to arrange my own shipping (of the windows) to Guernsey which is a bit cheeky given the amount of money I am spending.

I would recommend Westbury but make sure you don't rely on their customer service and be prepared to stay on top of things yourself!

Westbury are off the scale. By far the best company we dealt with as part of a large development project. Such high quality from the back office, lots of prep prior to the o time delivery day. Installation was by a group of unbelievably professional installers. Their tool boxes were immaculate. Nothing was cut on site. It fitted together like a beautiful jigsaw. Then a deep clean and also touch painting which wasn’t necessary but part of the finishing touches. Everyone really genuinely cared about doing a good job.

Adding a Westbury garden room to our existing classical home was the best idea we ever had! It added space, light, beauty, a view into the garden as if you are sitting outside. Quality, sales and build experience as well as post sales service were all beyond expectations. Super company with a super product!

From the very first point of contact to the last, every member of the team at Westbury were personal, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was ever an issue for them, even after the job was completed. Westbury delivered exactly what was stated in our contract & earlier than expected. The end product speaks for itself and the orangery compliments our Edwardian house perfectly. It has been such a pleasure!

Outstanding service, as always from Westbury. When we noticed a leak in the roof, Westbury came out to view the problem within a few days. They then visited two times to thoroughly inspect the area and rectify the problem. Outstanding service with very polite, friendly and informative members of staff. Aftercare is so important and is one of the main reasons that I constantly refer friends to Westbury.

We engaged with Westbury Garden Rooms to design and supply a garden room for a new house we were having built. To be honest we have been impressed from start to finish. At the beginning they provided wonderful design ideas and were able to physically show us many of the different options in their amazing factory and showroom (definitely worth a visit - incredible combination of traditional workmanship with the latest technology). Once we had selected the design, the production and supply was painless and they communicated well with the builder running our project. Their organisation and after care was also meticulous ensuring that any niggles were sorted quickly and to our satisfaction. It really has made our new home complete and provides a wonderful multi purpose area for the whole family to enjoy.
