I can't praise you enough for going the extra mile for me..........my first encounter with you and definitely not my last.........old school customer service and graft is alive & well down in Kernow !!

We selected WCR to move some furniture to two separate locations upcountry; although collection was delayed - and the communication of this could have been better - once the date was refixed, the team did a great job collecting the items and delivering them to the two locations the same day: they were pleasant, friendly and helpful

Used these guys for my recent move from Cornwall to Nottingham… great service and great value. They are very flexible when it comes to moving .. I ended up exchanging and completing same day .. and not being sure of my actual date was not an issue to them. The boys on the day were fabulous .. fast, polite and efficient … and not at all phased when we didn’t get the keys on time.. cannot recommend these guys enough .. thank you

We recently used this local family firm for our move and they certainly took a lot of the stress out of the day. The staff were friendly, professional and extremely cheerful. Fantastic services from everyone at West Cornwall Removals, I had a moving date that kept moving and they were so understanding and flexible, we ended up giving them 48 hours notice and they arrived on time.

As a repeat customer, Tyler and his team have moved us from Hampshire to Flushing and West Cornwall storage in 2022, from storage to Truro in 2023 and Truro to Oxfordshire in 2025.

The communication was good. The different teams turned up on time, work hard (with some 11 hour days), they were always jolly and solved problems like bringing a sofa over the neighbours’ garden. They were literally he-men!!

We had underestimated the sheer volume of garden planters and machinery but Tyler ensured they were all collected in extra transport loads and didn’t add additional costs on. The few minor damages that occurred were quickly compensated.

They are a genuinely local family business that excel in what they do. They really looked after us during our time in Cornwall. I would be keen to use them for our next move to Asia!

We moved from Kent to Cornwall in August and the lads at west Cornwall removals were amazing from start to finish. They worked so hard and were super friendly and polite. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic service! Could not rate Tyler and his team highly enough. They were a massive help when our buying process became tricky and came up with great solutions keep our move running smoothly. Really grateful for their help, efficiency and reassurance. Highly recommend.

I am still waiting for an item that they left in their lorry, after moving from Cornwall to Scotland last November ,many phone calls with excuses of they are busy, will do it next month and its safe.,emails that they don't even answer.They could send it by courier, but no,I then had a call from a friend who said she will visit soon and could bring it, amazing they delivered it to her about 90mins from them within a week, no apologies ,no emails to say they had delivered it and nothing but rudeness when I phoned.They take thousands of pounds up front before moving you and then they are unprofessional. My home things were boxed and labelled carefully by myself and they were left in any room at my new address, they hired some local men to help them unload who were good. It took me weeks to sort through and still going through.When they moved me out my home the first crew were messy and dirty leaving wet foot prints and the second crew put down blankets to save the carpets.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Tyler didn't send big enough vans, leaving a load of my stuff in the old house for 2 days. Didn't send enough trained men. Used inexperienced men who didn't package things at all, resulting in terrible damage to my Grandfather clock. They are now ignoring my emails and request for them to cover repairs.

We recently had a very stressful moving experience resulting in a two day delay. Throughout it all Tyler and his staff were patient, helpful and provided an excellent and professional service. If I ever moved again,- hopefully that will never happen - I'd use West Cornwall Removals without hesitation. Thank you West Cornwall Removals for making a difficult situation more bearable.

We used West Cornwall Removals to move house from Rochester to Falmouth. Dylan and the guys couldn’t have been more accommodating. They worked unbelievably hard and were cheery all the way through (even when we would change our minds about where we wanted a big piece of furniture to go—“Uh, could we have it upstairs instead?”😳). All the guys were great—polite, fun, careful, strong problem-solvers— and they sure helped decrease the stress of the whole experience. Dylan seems much wiser and more experienced than his years. We love the Cornish spirit of the company and would recommend it to anyone.

We had alot of boxes and a fair bit of furniture - not one breakage. They were friendly and good fun and made the whole process easy and stress free. Great service from West Cornwall Removals. Totally reliable did a great job with no breakages or losses and when one item got some water damage they immediately sent it to be repaired without any discussion necessary, just letting us know it had happened.
