small prints in their terms hide the real rules found out too late after money was already gone

I had a very frustrating experience with this online casino. Deposits were instant, but when I tried to withdraw my winnings, everything suddenly became complicated. They asked for extra verification documents several times, even after I had already submitted them. Customer support kept giving vague answers and told me to “wait a little longer.” After more than a week, my withdrawal was still pending. It feels like they make it easy to put money in but extremely hard to get money out.

I used a lot of meat box delivery companies over lockdown by necessity, but I have stuck with The Westcountry Meatbox out of choice. I only buy meat from this fantastic butchers now. Not only do they have great deals but the meat is excellent quality and cut with great care and skill. Five star every order and a great customer service.

Ordered several meat boxes, including BBQ pack, fridge filler all meat is excellent quality and once you get the knack of ordering in the timescale the meat comes the next day frozen and all labelled to go straight in the freezer

I bought this box after watching the video on the website and was very disappointed, there was a split second warning that the meat would be flash frozen which I missed and that Info was left off the video, the meat you get was far smaller then the meat on display In the video, when I received the meat I found that the meat was Infact frozen (altho some products had defrosted as the freezer packs weren't adequate), I did Inform Chris (owner) who said he would rectify the lack of warnings on the website/video, I also left a review on Facebook which was quickly removed and I have been prevented from commenting on the Westcountry meatboxcompany advert which I find a disapointing act by Chris (owner) and his team.

During lock down I have used this company several times to send gifts to different family households. I was so pleased with all their reactions, both the quality and service was highly rated by all. It was great to be able to send a bbq box to one sister and her family, select portions for my dad and his wife and find a suitable thankyou for someone amazing. Thankyou guys keep it up, will be ordering again soon.

I had the Big BBQ Box and it didn't disappoint - would recommend highly. I wasn't sure on the venison sausages until I tried them - AMAZING! Cheaper than the supermarket and you could really taste the difference!

I'll definitely be shopping here again!
