I have worked with Carolyn Bonnington for a couple of years to sort out hygiene issues in my mouth. She is a tough taskmaster but her clear guidance and high expectations have undoubtedly saved me from the imminent threat of losing several teeth.

The usual professional expertise & customer care was received today for my routine hygienist appointment at West End Dental with senior hygienist Carolyne Bonnington.

It’s always a pleasure to visit Westend Dental Practice. The staff are all so friendly. There’s a lovely vibe there, also the reception room is large and airy and very comfortable. The treatments and care are second to none.

Everyone was polite and helpful. The dental team talked about the treatment I needed and advised me what was best for me. I left feeling a lot better than when I came in.I would tell all my friends and family to use West end dental services colwyn bay.

I went one day earlier than my appointment. Thay still fitted me in for a hour's appointment. Very helpful and Caroline the hygienist was amazing and patient.

I haven’t had a dentist in over ten years so I came to west end dental with an emergency consultation as I was suffering with a bad toothache which turned out to be a severely damaged tooth that had gone below the gum line so they told me I needed a surgical extraction, from that moment on I was panicking every day as I’m an anxious patient anyway so to hear I’d need my tooth taken out by cutting my gum and then stitched back together it was a lot to try and come to terms with, but west end dental reassured me all the way through from that emergency consultation straight through until the day I had my tooth taken, I chose to pay for an intravenous sedation and it was honestly the best thing I ever did, I was calm the whole way through, felt no pain whatsoever and it was over and done in 20 minutes at the most, west end dental made my experience so so easy for me and now I just can’t wait to go to the dentist in future with no fears because I’ve done the worst thing that could happen

Coming to the end of my treatment now. Implants in upper and lower jaw. All treatments explained throughout. Price set out at the beginning which covered any unforeseen treatment. Stepan has been brilliant throughout. Communicates very effectively what’s going to happen at each stage. Very professional. The whole process has been delivered to a very high standard.
