Brilliant service as usual from Terry. He fitted a new boiler for us. There were some unforeseen issues with the fitting but Terry went above and beyond as usual to resolve them. Highly recommended.

Blocked / Leaking concealed toilets
We have been having lots of issues with blocked toilets etc. We had a few different tradesman come in, but they just provided a temporary fix, and didn’t seem to be very thorough. I noticed on Facebook that someone had recommended West Street Plumbers, so I gave them a call. Terry came today. He was very thorough. He even put a camera down into the back of the concealed unit to see what was happening. I am very happy, and would 100% recommend this company. Good trades people are so hard to come by. Thanks again Terry

He explained what the issue was with the leaking stop valve and replaced the faulty valve and pipe. I would thoroughly recommend him and will definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks!
