Wow, what an incredible brand! Quality of each and every item of clothing is spot on, they manage to create a unique design of all their items whilst being able to recognise the brand, they warm, comfy & stylish. Whale of a time have items for every occasion, chilling at home, walking your dog, out to the pub or a day at the races, the list goes on. I will continue buying all products from them for a very long time.

I have bought the red unisex Suffolk quarter zip, sizing is perfect. I find it hard finding clothes that suit my 6ft 2in height and don’t look like a man in. Was a speedy delivery and is an essential in my wardrobe hate having to wait for it to come back out of the wash. So will be purchasing another very soon.

My go too Jumper! The material is amazing - warm, soft, comfortable and easy to move about in. I'm a small and I have loads of room. They never disappoint!

Waited for an age for a garment to come in which is totally understandable in this current climate but absolutely no point in putting email address down to be told when back in stock as they never got in touch and luckily managed to get the last item. Good quality and nice but comms are very bad. Would put me off buying from them again.

I still have not had a response in relation to my damaged jumper. Still not answering the phone.

I got given a basics navy sweatshirt, in size small for Christmas, after seeing it on your Instagram. It came in lovey packaging, and fitted perfectly. After wearing it for a few days, I read all the instructions on how to wash it. However, after wash on 30 degrees it had shrunk, and it now does not fit, I tried contacting them through e-mail, Facebook and Instagram and no response. So now this is the only other way of trying to contact them. I am really disappointed as your products are really nice a you are a UK business, however I am very disappointed in your customer service and would like to know why I cannot seem to contact anyone about this.

I have one sweater, 1 1/4 zip and a woollen jumper.

I washed the sweater and 1/4 zip as per instructions and both shrunk in the wash (for £50-£55 an item they arent exactly cheap)

I bought the lambswool jumper for (£105) and I washed it twice with no problems, third time I used the exact same method and it shrunk. I contacted customer services who told me they wouldn't replace it as it wasn't a 'garment fault' as it had washed ok previously. I stated that I hadn't done anything differently so it clearly WAS a garment issue but they refused to replace.

Save your money and buy from another smaller brand whose quality is fab. Sometimes when a brand becomes popular and uses influencers to promote their products, they compromise on quality.

Certainly won't be ordering from them again.

I love all of my 'Whale Of A Time' items! I have 6 sweatshirts, I love the quality and the colours, they are so easily styled and suitable for any occasion! I would recommend them to anyone.

Poor coloured leaked after first wash and stayed wet for days

Good quality products that I will wear over and over again

I love this brand, not only is everything super easy to wear and really well designed, you never want to take it off! The Norfolk quarter zip is my current favourite.

Love my sweatshirt. Comfy and great quality. I’m quite plain with what I wear, but the block colour style is simple and looks really trendy and effective. I would definitely recommend getting one for your wardrobe :)

Ordered a Deck shirt for my boyfriends birthday and it came wrapped up really nicely in tissue paper, unfortunately had to exchange it for a difference size but the process was really quick and easy and now he loves it!

I bought Whale of a Time sweatshirts for my two twenty something nieces, they absolutely adore them, my sister says they are never out of the wash! They really hit the mark in every way, design, colours, fabric, value for money, will definitely buy more!
