Whatever Wheels have a great showroom with a variety of motorcycles and scooters both ICE and Electric. They gave excellent customer service and comprehensive instructions to get me on the road. Their prices were competitive and they were very helpful getting me on the road within a few hours of my decision to make a purchase of a lovely new NIU NQI GTS. Fantastic group of lads, very polite and very helpful, I bought a moped in 2020 was very impressed so 3 weeks ago I went bk and bought 3 bikes for myself and children, they allow you to go and look around the showroom with no pressure to buy and are very helpful when enquiring on specific bikes, from start to finish they were great, highly recommend Whatever Wheels for everything bike related

Living > 300 miles away, I was expecting a better after service, rather than a suggestion to WhatsApp. No use to me, as this wouldn't work particularly well, in the rural area where my ATV is stored. Consequently, I sent an email a couple of weeks ago with a few questions. Nobody has responded and I've now sought the answers to these questions elsewhere. 1 star

Good service . Some illustrations not completely accurate. But still very good overall experience

Ordered bike on the 24th of May and it was delivered on the 7th of June so turn around time was fast considering how many people are ordering bikes at this time of year and we had a bank holiday. Kept me updated well via phone and email. Delivery however wasn't the best as the driver was running extremely late and they didn't deliver the bike until nearly midnight. The bike is fantastic and was well priced so overall I give a 4/5.

Arrived earlier than the 7 -14 days expected gave me a run down on the bike marked the pages in the user manual I would need

Minutely slow postage

Excellent service from the shop and courier who were brilliant and id highly recommend.

Suit arrived but the first time taking of the bottoms one of the securing buttons came off. I have removed the inner layer from the trousers and wear a layer on instead. Should have just bought a jacket in hindsight.

Great price and range of products to get a new rider started with everything they need. Super fast (albeit quite expensive) delivery and everything was properly secured and arrived in perfect condition. Very happy!

1st time buying a bike online and couldn't ask for a better service.
Bike delivered today and can't wait to get out on it.
Highly recommend.
