Bad communication with the buyer
Very nice wheels .... but very disappointed with communication back and forth on why my wheels were almost 2 weeks late ...they kept on saying they emailed me to notify me about my tracking #and that the ups truck broke down ....but I never received anything.. until I called them and threatened to get a full refund... but the wheels are nice ..

I apologize for the poor communication and the shipping delay. I am not sure why you did not receive the tracking info in your email initially, but I will look into it. I do see we responded to all your emails within 24 hours of receiving them please let me know if you did not receive those responses so I can look into any possible email issues.

Excellent customer service. Fast shipping as well. I had to return one rim that had small scratch. They took care of it and got me a new rim and tire on the way in under 5 business days. Awesome team.

New VN338 rims and Nitto tires.
Very happy with my experience. Ordered a new set of wheels and tires, they arrived on time and were packaged really well. I installed them and was very happy with the ride, no weird shakes or shimmies. The date codes on the tires were within the last 6 months to a year.
