Well, where do I start?! Absolutely fantastic estate agency to deal with from the start of us purchasing our home to the day we collected the keys. Huge apologies for not reviewing sooner, it has been a whirlwind since collecting the keys.
Not going to lie, it was a stressful time but Jess from Whitegates is an absolute star, I will sing her praises as she really does go the extra mile to keep us updated. Thank you so so much for all your help Jess, Whitegates in Crewe are so lucky to have you!

Our experience with selling are house was really long winded and extremely stressful, mainly due to our buyers solicitor not wanting to communicate with anyone.
But the team at Whitegates( SJ, Charlotte and Connor) were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

All I can say is what an absolutely brilliant team.

The staff at WhiteGates Crewe did their utmost to get us a sale on our property in what are trying times presently what with cost of living and the taxes levied on sales etc.
Connor came out and measured up and talked us through the process of listing the property and getting fabulous images of the house and garden etc.
Alas not enough bodies through the door led us to make a difficult decision to remove the property from sale rather than sell at any price.
If we return to the market should the conditions change, I wouldn’t hesitate to get back in touch and relist with the guys at WhiteGates Crewe.

Sarah-Jane Felix is very helpful and has assisted our firm with a tricky sale - prompt responses were received at all times which makes the process so much easier

An absolute nightmare of an experience. I would never recommend such unprofessional service to anyone. I was constantly chasing them for updates, as they showed no initiative or effort throughout the process. They confirmed in writing via email that my bid had been accepted and sent instructions for the next steps.

I proceeded with AML checks, which I paid for, spoke to a solicitor, took a day off work, and arranged a meeting with a mortgage advisor—only to be told later that someone else had made a higher offer. Of course, a higher bid means a higher commission for them, so they handed it over to the other buyer without hesitation.

Even after this, I received no communication from the agency. I sent several follow-up emails, all of which were ignored. In hindsight, I should have paid attention to their one-star Trustpilot reviews before dealing with them. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away.
