Is was initially not happy about one of their products but after very fast response from their customer service team and how fast they fixed an issue I would have to say they are an excellent company who will do everything possible to help you.

When it arrived, the gel had somehow popped open and there was gel all through the package.

I have used it as per the instructions and have not seen any difference in color, unfortunately.

I don't know, I just don't think it was worth it.

They did fully refund my order so at least the customer service is on.

Love the ethos of White Glo and can't believe how great the product is, as well. Never going back to Colgate!

I was allergic to regular toothpaste, irritated sore throat at night, I have GERD. bad gum disease, swollen gums and tongue; but since I used this product I have not had hardly any issues very happy to keep using it, not interested in any other product.

White Glo answered my query within one day. Directed me to where I can order their products from America although I have not tried I hope the shipping is less than ordering from Australia.

Timely response to correspondence and delivery

Ordered from them but never received anything. Yet the tracking states it was delivered. Trying to get the refund from paypal now
Update: The company contacted me and refunded me very fast. They also offered a 10% discount, but I've already bought a kit from another supplier (since whiteglo one did not come). Overall not to bad...they did everything in their power to make it up to me and I appreciate it.

i ordered 6 ×6 packs... a pack of 6 has in the past been delivered to me in a little box fitted for 6 individual packs... so i assumed i would get 6 little boxes of the 6packs... instead of this i was delivered 36 individual packs unboxed & now is hard for me to store...
