Nathan helped me book our tickets for Australia last year he went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble even when I practically phoned him every day to check on things.... he may have had his head in his hands with me but he was an absolute joy to work with so much so. My family and I have approached him again to help us book for Canada this year. We're flying out in July 25

I first booked my flights with white magic travel Ltd
A year ago that’s where I came across Mark
He was very pleasant, patient, friendly, and delivered on price, he does the research for me because I like to travel with a surfboard
He even contacted me on the way to the airport to see if everything was fine.
I had been in New Zealand for a month and I needed to extend my flight
But I had burn my eyes from working in the sun so I couldn’t even look at phone and was getting stressed to feel out the details on my phone in the dark because phone was to bright to look at
Mark was extremely patient professional and spent time with me even those I felt like I was losing the plot.
But with his patience it got booked my flight was extended
I rung mark for other flights for my family once again delivered
I’ve just booked flights again to New Zealand through white magic travel Ltd
Through Mark again
And I must say I always request for him
We get on really well it a pleasure to speak with him
We talk like we’re old friends
So I can say I don’t go anywhere else now for my long distance flights
Because Mark takes all the stress out of travelling

5 star service

I stumbled upon their website offering great prices for a business class return flight to Sydney from London. The website listed loads of airlines all starting around £1950. When I spoke to an agent the best they could do was £3380. But the dates they offered I could find a much better option for only £2850 on Skyscanner.

So beware of their website. They are fake prices to suck you in, but the prices can easily be beaten elsewhere.

Complete and total con. They put incredibly low prices on the website which are (un)remarkably "sold out" when it comes to booking and the price is now 3 times the advertised price. DO NOT TRUST OR BOOK WITH THIS AIRLINE. You can get cheaper fares from the high street.

Helpful honest and a easy to talk to and to negotiate with patients in correcting mistakes and answering questions

Rachel Roberts was extremely helpful and informative (barring some late luggage fees!) and organised my multi-trip flights with great efficiency. Would definitely recommend White Magic to anyone looking to make savings on flights.

This is a fantastic company. Mark went above and beyond to get incredible deals. Found me business class flights from London to Sydney for almost half what I could find on search engines. The real difference is that Mark can link flights with various providers that other websites and search engines don't link. The quotes given on this website on a search aren't really accurate, however once they have your search parameters, they work tirelessly to find you an incredible deal. Will always use this company for all future flights. Highly recommend

I spoke with a gentleman named Mark who found me flights for two people to LA at very short notice for a funeral. I phoned and left my name and number and within ten minutes I got a callback from Mark. I explained my situation and the price he got was a lot cheaper than other companies even going to the airlines direct. Mark is a very polite young man and answered any questions I had straight away and took the worry out of it. I highly recommend this company for your travel needs. I made an initial call to White Magic at very short notice. Rachel returned my call at the time I requested and made every effort to ensure I received the best possible deal! The price given was better than any price I’d been quoted online and was better than expected.
