Jason was patient and thorough in finding me the best flight deals from Newcastle to Perth, Alice Springs and Adelaide. I honestly cannot fault the friendly service I received as I considered all of the options available. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and this was one of the reasons I booked. There was no hard sell, just a wealth of knowledge and support which was all delivered in a friendly and professional manner. The booking was made without any fuss and was all done in a very timely manner. I was supplied with all of the information I needed to help me make the most informed decision. With her efforts she works diligently to secure flights for myself and my family at the best prices found, for 2 separate times and dates, for this year one at short notice.
