I'm really happy with my new Phonak Sphere hearing aids. I went to an opticians to have my hearing test, requested my prescription then hunted online. That's when I came across Wholesale Hearing. I was encouraged by the excellent reviews they'd had and the fact that the same hearing aids were almost a third of the price less than the opticians had quoted, and I wasn't disappointed with my choice

Very good service provided. Received very good hearing aids for almost half the price on the high street. Required to get a hearing test locally and send results then place an order. Order dispatched quickly and all questions dealt with well and timely. Aftercare also provided in relation to individual needs and I felt like they went above and beyond before and after sale, which is great to see as that does not happen very often these days. It is no wonder this company gets such excellent reviews. Everything was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Ross was really helpful throughout. I had made a mistake on the colour and he sorted this out with Phonac at no additional charge. The cost saving vs Boots was £800 for I hearing aid. Would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the helpful staff. The hearing aids for my wife, Signia Pure C&G BCT IX, were as she expected, so she is pleased. My hearing aids, Phonak Audeo Infinio Sphere i90 Ultra, well these are my first and I still haven't got used to them. I hear some scrabble/whisper so I still have to get adapted to them.
