Your Customer database has been corrupted, so you sent emails to me (as did DHL - who claimed they delivered to my back garden when they obviously did not), rather than the real customer who lives across the road from me.

I would have told you, but all your e-mails came from a donotreply address, and you did not quote a contact number or e-mail adress on any correspondance.

First class service the product I needed wasn't in stock so rang and pre paid for my item received within the week thanks again lads

My item arrive quickly, and was well packaged, but I was not aware that my new DVD player would come without a remote control. I have contacted to ask if it should have one, but have not yet had a reply.

I have not yet plugged in or tried out the item.
