I went with my girlfriend to purchase a car. Car has many faults and widow hill cars have done nothing to resolve the issue, but have instead sabotaged any opportunity to resolve or fix the issues. They sell broken cars to make it seem as if you’ve received a good deal.

I wish I could give zero stars. I am absolutely disgusted with the service my friend has received from widow hill cars They completely messed her around from the start. she bought a car for £1975, and it's been nothing but problems. They sold her a car with loads of issues, and to top it off, they purposely didn’t put her on the warranty until days after the purchase, so she couldn’t claim anything back. The cost to fix the car was £900, and it would take weeks to fix!

To make matters worse, they've been incredibly unhelpful. They blocked her number, her dad's number, and her mum's number. When she finally got through (on my phone), they had the audacity to say it wasn’t "their problem anymore," and this was less than 24 hours after she bought the car!

Do not buy from this dealership. They are dishonest and provide terrible customer service. They clearly don't care about their customers once they have their money. Avoid at all costs!

Truly satisfied and would highly recommend this garage Mr. Maz was very helpful in clarifying all my doubts. He was very professional , thoroughly guided us on selection of the vehicle and was very friendly in allowing us for test drive. Highly recommended

I bought a Hyaundi i30 which had no major problems only broken interior parts which they offered to pay for and did under the warranty, I have had the car for over a month and it still runs perfectly.

When buying the car I was offered free fuel and a free MOT. The salesman followed through with all of his promises.

My only negative would be that when on the website you cannot filter out reserved cars, this makes it longer to search for a car you want.

You certainly do have me on your system I am more than happy to upload the invoice you sent that I duly paid on the day the my name is Heather Jones and not joned as it appears on the review the vehicle was purchased off car gurus and delivered on the 3rd of March -I find it rather disturbing that every bad review you receive you suddenly cant find them on your system Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, this car should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the car you sold me is faulty/doesn’t match the description. I would like you to put this right by giving me a refund/repairing the car at your cost.” please find info above - the vehicle certainly did not arrive at my address in this condition

I have bought a car 8months ago and exchanged my old one with a fair price. I am very satisfied with the service and support.

So I purchased a car from this company about 1 month ago maybe 6eeeks it is Supposed to have 12 month mot and 6 month warranty. It had only 4 month mot and there are some issues with coolant leak, exhaust, and cam chain. When I contact them about this that have ignored it. I have contacted on a different number of mine about viewing a car and they responded to that number and not about the message regarding faults. proof will be attached. If things get resolved this review will be removed. Also stated there was a lot of service history and I have none not 1 stamp. My opinion they are cowboys.

I feel its only right to up date my review as I have now been contacted by the car company. There phone had been diverted as the owner was on holiday and he had not seen my messages.
My car is being booked in today to be checked over and the car company are covering all the costs. This is the service I was hoping for and have now received.

Initial first contact, great payment easy , delivery on time , pleased with the car looks good for the money I paid. One problem there are warning lights on the dash. Called many times now and left lots of messages on What's app. I hope this is picked up as I can't find any other way of trying to contact you. I haven't contactiled the warranty company as the issue was there from the first turn of the key. Please get in touch. Irene from Llangollen

I was reccomended Widow Hill Cars from a friend to buy my next car. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the level of customer service provided. Maz was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Cannot reccomend enough.

Purchased my first car from widowhill cars, received excellent service and the car was in brilliant condition as described. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

“Quality used cars” it says on their sign, clearly not, they buy cars that are battered from auction, then do as little as possible work to make them just about road worthy!, they do not deal with females, they have no respect, just pure arrogance, had my car for 6 weeks, tracking needed doing soon as I got the car, suspension also, needed a new alternator belt and got told they can’t do anything until it snaps, well today was the day, the alternator belt snapped and I got stuck on a level crossing(train tracks) luckily I was pushed off them, they constantly tell you to go through warranty if you have a problem, but claims on their website that the cars have been “multipoint inspected” I shouldn’t be ringing the warranty company up a week after buying it for something that was already a problem. Wouldn’t advice anyone to buy cars off them especially if your a female! They’ll fob u off once youve given them money!

Had issues non stop. They had sold many dodgy cars under the name redrose cars and had rebranded under this new company. coolant issues, boot leak and they scammed me out of £900 for a warranty that is not valid.

Would not recommend. Avoid at all costs

In response to your reply. I know you used to be redrose cars as many of your reviews have showed this and the warranty company has told me this and claimed that since you have changed company name after liquidation that my warranty is now void. Absolute disgrace.
