Købte 3 stk. Xstraboost. Ingen af dem virker. Wifi blinker ikke. Da jeg endelig lykkes med at opsætte den ene, gik der 2 sekunder, så virkede den ikke igen.

the product just arrived. No sign of wifi flashing light after trying several outlets.

How do you contact this company to return as it is of no use to me. Do they ever refund?

No lights are going to burn!. So the have sent me a booster that does not work!.

Har købt 4 xtraboost. Det er kun lykkedes mig at færdiggøre serup på en af dem og at få den til at virke. De øvrige 3 var ikke mulige at færdiggøre setup da de ikke kunne finde mit netværk..

Er wordt een substantiële verbetering van de rijkwijdte gesuggereerd. Apparaat kan enkel 2,4 frequenties aan en de gesuggereerde 300 mbs in de advertenties is een leugen.

Niet kopen dus. Wil je dit toch kan dit via een Chinese site voor een fractie van het bedrag voor exact hetzelfde apparaat.

I chose the extraboost as it was number one in a top ten survey online. I can only imagine how poor the others must have been .
In fairness i had no problem setting it up , press the wps button on the router and press the wps button on the extraboost, job done.
The problem is there is no boost it just extends whatever weak signal you have and reduces it by 30%.
Their own help desk confirmed this.
I was going to return it but the small print said it had to be faulty to get a refund.
It's now a 50 euro paper weight.

I can't comment on the company, I bought two .....one in the kitchen and one for my computer room/workshop/music studio in my foil lined cellar...biggish house. They are both still working great even after changing the router twice and going on to fibre. I must say they took a bit of installing even though I work in IT. I installed a WAP in my wife's studio (caravan in the yard) and that just plugged in and password entered. Of course, I ran cat cable from router, which some people may find as arduous as setting up these boosters. Sorry for those who had trouble.

I have tried a number of times to get it to work,including once with an IT professional but it has never worked. In my view it is a complete waste of money.

I bought three to put around the house. Useless cannot get any of them to load.

I bought this summer last year, and gave up trying to get it to connect.
Clearing out my dest today and found it and thought I would give it another go, impossible to connect after trying for 2 hours.
I am reasonably at setting this type of think up usually, but this has me totally beaten.
Don’t buy absolutely useless.

Easy set up following the Quick Setup Guide. Previously had poor - fair WiFi signal in my home office due to some thick walls in the house. With the XtraBoost fitted I now have excellent signal strength even without cable connection so can now use WhatsApp to make / receive calls over WiFi etc. Also set up in XtraBoost in another house and also worked brilliantly. Highly recommended.

updated... I have recieved my money back :-)
However - still... it costed me 20 euro to send it to Lithuania, and took 18 days before I had my money back - But I did get my money back!
-adding an extra star to Henrika for this - cant say its fraud, but the product wasnt anything worth for me

I feel so cheated.
bought/ordered two of them, and waited for 14 days for them to arrive.
Once setted up - they opens up an extension of the wifi you have already, which gives only a third of the connection.
Basically I have paid for a parrallel wifi - with a degraded connection, compared to my existing wifi - and then I even waited 14 days for this to arrive.
It came with no return labels - no following papers.
when you try to call their phonenumber on their webpage under their contact details,
then the phonenumber is a number which doesnt exist anylonger.
Bought it on the reccomandations on a site showing top10 best wifi boosters - so dont trust such sites either

Should the company contact me, as I know they read this - I would so much like to send it back - Have of course written them an email asking for full return.

I had basically no internet in my room, now it's as fast and reliable as I could ever ask for.

although the product wifix does not perform according to what was advertised, the company reimbursed me 100% of the payment.

Fake. Fraud.. thugs who live from stealing other people.

The above words 👆were because of I have waited more than two months and seen other customers negative reviews and thought that I had been scammed. I tried to contact their customer service but never answered or replied back. Finally, after I had giving up and forgot about it, I received the package in a really bad condition. Cutting the story short, all 5 “ WIFI XtraBoost” were not functioning and I had to throw them away

I have purchased 3 of these repeaters and not one of them work, followed the instructions to the t but too no avail. Waste of £80.00
