I recently ordered a summet roof box from Wilco direct only to find that some of the essential parts were missing. Nightmare considering we are due in holiday in the next two days! After a quick email to the sales department, the team at Wilco had my parts on next day delivery (on a Saturday!). Well done, great service!

Took my car in to have some air put in the guy said they were original and really needed replacing which I knew did need doing , I gave him my Nut release box and they lost them I know they were busy but it’s carelessness as I’m thinking of selling the car to replace at a cost of £75 ,he gave me a bag with Wilco on on not happy plus it’s was £40 dearer than I had been quoted by another company I had it done there as it was handy for me .

from a broken key repaired and reprogrammed to battery test & recharge whiCh included going in when it was his day off, travelling to my car after hours twice to finally arranging the work needed at a local garage

Hi I placed an order from wilco direct its first time I've ordered anything from wilco direct as I usually go in to the shop for all My stuff . However 2 days after I placed my order I received an email saying royal mail have my item for delivery this was Monday 28th November 2022 said 3-4 days a week later I'm still waiting . I've been email most days but not getting no response so sent another email basically saying not happy and I want a refund because I've paid for something that I've not even received

Popped in with product code from your website (believe me that's good for me ) the gentleman was very polite and helpful, he directed me to another make assured me they were equally as good and considerably cheaper, fantastic service again.

I wanted to buy two Faraday pouches for my car keys. A big red sign on the item says no delivery charges. When you come to pay and select delivery at checkout, there are delivery charges. Well, which is it?

Ordered aerosol spray cans for motorbike parts on 2 occasions. Both times arrived in a couple of days, as ordered and well packaged. No issues.

Bought a set of number plates, didn't expect a large WILCO at the bottom, I know by law the supplier's name has to be on the bottom of a number plate but it was how big Wilco made it.
Waste of money and I'm paying to advertise for Wilco.

Ordered a 530l roof box, item arrived 2 days later. Was as easy to assemble as they suggested and works a treat. Probably the biggest roof box I could find and was still £50 cheaper than a 470l Halfords own brand box. Cant fault one bit

Bought the Stoplock Pro Elite on the 07.08.2020 never have received the order,they refunded me today after 20 days,this is second time when i was ordering from this store,first time also they did not send me my order

Still trying to get a reply out of Wilco as to an item that was missing from my order This has been going on since 19/06/2020. I would NOT recommend this company on the grounds of no one seems to care that there is a problem, probably blame it on COVID 19

Super quick, some other company let me down so found Wilcodirect and I am glad i did.
Yesterday i ordered some spray paint and today it already arrived and Shipping was free as well.
And the best part is the prices are the best.
Definitely will buy again and recommend to friends.

Ordered Sun. Arrived Wed. Mostly, basic stuff.'though travel kettle (x2) is sweet 1200W only but, as you boil only what you need, super efficient. Back for more, soon.

Wilco are a small family run business and like all such companies deserve our support

I bought a new bicycle online (not from them) and it had a little problem with front derailleur. I took it to a local wilco bicycle workshop and couple hours later they told me that it is impossible to fix it because the bicycle is already made like that.
Then I took it to less known local bicycle workshop. They fixed it and they even wanted only half price for this service because they said "it was only couple screws".
Good job wilco.
