No delivery, no communication
I received an automated order confirmation the day I ordered coffee beans, but then heard nothing further. Three days later I called the company, they had no explanation for what went wrong but said they would let me know what had happened to my order within 24 hours. That was four days ago, and I haven't heard a peep.
No ordered items have arrived, no explanation for why they haven't arrived.

I ordered organic coffee beans after deciding to try a new brand (and choosing not to use Amazon anymore) and as well as being a brilliant price, they came well packed and quickly delivered by Evri. I will look at their other items for my next delivery - but the organic coffee is delicious!
