I've been with Wilfreda a number of times now.Easy online booking but always friendly and really helpful on the phone.They have never let me down,the trips are well planned and the hotels we stay at have mostly been good.

Grand tour of Ireland
Booked our trip online. Very easy. However when the confirmation came through they had sat us at opposite sides of the coach. I rang up straightaway and spoke to a lovely lady who amended the booking. Received another email with correction. All sorted in minutes. Very much looking forward to our trip now.
