My wife and I had a brilliant weekend last week at Hatfield House,Hampton Court and Buckingham Palace. The Holiday inn was great ,the food was very good and the staff at all places where excellent. Our driver Michelle was great and handled some tricky situations with ease and kept us fully informed on everything

Phone answered quickly
Phone answered quickly by polite, helpful staff. I wanted to know if a room with a sea view was available for a certain holiday, the lady I spoke to said that she would contact the hotel to find out. She phoned me back a few hours later to tell me that a sea view room was available for a small supplement.

Solo trip to Thursford
Booked a solo trip after looking through all the dates. Finally found a solo booking on the last one on the list.
Very easy to follow instructions on how to book the trip. So very happy with their site.

I booked the wrong month
In my excitement, I had accidentally booked the wrong month.
I rang as soon as the office opened to explain, and the lady I spoke to couldn't have been nicer about it.
She put everything right straight away.

Having to cancell a holidays
I recently had to cancell a holiday to wales due to breaking my ankle! They were most kind and helpful and dealt with the refund promptly, will hopefully be going places with them as soon as I'm fit !! Thankyou wilfreda behive

We were disappointed with the coach
We were disappointed with the coach , the description of the ‘. luxury platinum coach travel in elegance ‘ was grossly overrated and thought that the price of £899.00 deserved better ! would go with Wilfreda again but never using a platinum holiday !

Poor cancellation procedure
Trip was cancelled due to lack of interest and a letter was sent (backstory not the issue).
Still let me pay balance after trip was cancelled (before the letter arrived) on the website. Personally I think an email or a note on my account would have been more effective.
They take your money instantly but I've got to wait 3-5 days for a refund after paying for a service that no longer existed.

Firstly, we're very sorry to hear that your holiday was cancelled. We understand how disappointing this must be, and please know it was not a decision taken lightly. Unfortunately, it was not viable to operate the holiday on this occasion.
Our booking system is designed to prevent balance payments on cancelled holidays, so we’ve flagged this issue with our software provider for immediate review.
Refunds typically take a few working days to reach your account, which is due to standard banking procedures and not a delay on our part.
