Extremely disappointing customer experience.
I purchased a bicycle costing almost €8,000, expecting premium service to match the premium price. Instead, the bike was delivered five weeks later than promised, causing me to miss two cycling tours that I had specifically planned with my new bike.
I contacted customer support four weeks ago, explained the situation politely, and requested a goodwill gesture. Despite waiting for a month, I have not received any response—not even an acknowledgment.
Delays can happen, but completely ignoring a customer after such an expensive purchase is unacceptable. Premium prices should come with premium customer service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
