Gorgeous products!

Firstly, the website design is stunning and a very easy experience to browse and purchase items. The order was placed and received in only 8 days and on arrival I could have cried having seen the beautiful packaging- I wish the gifts were for me!
I purchased the Olivewood Goat hair brush and the Honeycomb Kimono Starter set - truly beautiful quality and really well presented.

Initially I had a small technical problem when ordering which was dealt with by email so efficiently & courtiously.
The item I received, the baby’s olive wood hairbrush is of super quality and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Willow & Cole

Beautiful product

Beautiful product , absolutely amazing! Really disappointed with the delivery though - expected the next day service yet parcel was delivered 3 days late.

We can see from the system your order was placed on Friday 12th June for next working day delivery.

All orders are processed within 24 hours and subsequently dispatched and as we operate during the weekdays only, Monday - Friday the next available opportunity to have dispatched your order would be on Monday which was done with full tracking details provided by both email and SMS and recieved the next day by yourself.

Exceeded all expectations

Had a wonderful experience shopping online, the 100% cashmere blanket and goat hair brush arrived in excellent condition, with a beautiful customized note and gift box. The items are simply gorgeous, truly luxurious, and definitely worth every penny!
