Horrendous
Horrendous experience here. We arrived for our 7 day stay to find that construction work was taking place from 7am -5pm and the park decided not to tell us. The construction work vibrated the entire lodge, made it so we couldn’t use the hot tub and couldn’t even hear the TV over it. When we complained all we got was “well they don’t work on the weekend” they had put the price of the lodge up due to it being summer despite this construction work they claim was not on their property. Despite the complaints they then carried out construction work on the lodge directly opposite to us…. Again without informing us of any disruptions. They’re refusing to give any sort of refund despite ruing our honeymoon. We just wanted a nice quiet week away and got anything but.

Lovely log cabin however I will never come back due to the company making false claims we stole pillows and wall ornaments. I disputed this and the company refused to believe me. Terrible service don’t stay here.
