The blinds are really nice but you took to much time to get them to me.

Everything ok apart of plastic cap located on rail. It should be cover it both side of rail but when I put to cover one side the another side come off and vice versa. This is annoyed. I have picture but no place here to add it.

Very good, easy to fit and works easily.

I am very happy with our Roman blind. It is extremely well made and as described. The fabric is good quality and fully lined. The price was far better than I was quoted for exactly the same blind in the same fabric from another site.

There was a slight issue with the delivery company and Rachel at Wilson’s was very helpful in contacting the courier to make sure that the delivery arrived. Great customer service. We would order from them again.

Perfect fit, easy to install and the double blind (blackout plus translucent) gives lots of options for sleep or just to keep the sun out. Delivered on time in good condition.

Great service, impressed with the quality and easy fitting. I ordered 1 blind at 200m wide and 2 at 100cms wide. After hours of searching for 200cms wide I came across this web site, Wilsons Blinds. I decided to order, I gave my measurements and waited. The blinds arrived in 5 days. Fitting was spot on and the wand/stick was fancy compared to other blinds. So impressed I am going to order more for my other windows. Brilliant and top marks for Wilsons Blinds.

The blinds arrived quickly and appear to be good quality. I have been delayed in fitting them as they were supplied with mounting brackets but no screws or wall plugs. I'm not sure if this was an oversight or cost saving, it was certainly irritating as other manufacturers do supply them.

Lovely good quality blind, highly recomend.

The blinds look nice but I opted for cheap ones and they do look cheap. I also paid for next day dispatch, but that doesn’t mean to say you received them the next day, only means they give them to the courier who eventually delivers them.

The blinds look exactly like they did on the website, so I am really pleased with them.
The instructions on how to measure were super clear.
I was kept well informed of the ordering/ delivery process.
I did have someone to help me fit them but only because I am not super confident at DIY.
I’m couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

Very impressed in the shutters in quality and appearance, both fitted within 1hr, has greatly reduced the heat this week in the room, highly recommend would use again

Very good service and product. Helpful on the telephone, would recommend and do business with them again.

Paid for quick delivery but arrived damaged and with a louvre and weight missing. Contacted the company immediately to no response from their contact page. After a few days of nothing tried phoning which was just a computer voice at the end of it. Eventually had an email to say they would send the missing/ broken parts out. A week later only received 1 part. Emailed again, waited yet another week then Louvre is too short. In the meantime I have noticed that the vertical blinds do not move in sync with eachother very well which is not what you expect from a new set of blinds. I'm so disappointed and their customer service has been so slow and unhelpful. I would not recommend to anyone.
