Wish I’d donated £100 to charity.
I ordered 3 window privacy films for 2 windows and a door window.
Two of them went up with no issues. I’ve measured one incorrectly so will probably just replace it with a cheaper Amazon frosted window film.
The third one was a stripe design but cut out like that, (I thought it was a full sheet of plastic film with the clear lines imprinted, if that makes sense).
Impossible for one person to separate this and put up on their own.
It’s now in the bin.
Complete waste of money.
If they were a bit more honest and helpful about the difficulty in putting up - I probably would have paid more for someone to install them.
I feel ripped off and very disappointed.
£100 down the drain.

We needed to do something about the heat in our conservatory. We had inherited electric blinds but they did not insulate from the heat and also were unhygeinic with flies. We initially tried to get replacement for the glass panels but the company we worked with said our conservatory was not suited for their product (after weeks of discussion). We got in touch with The Window Film Company and within a week we had white out window film installed. The company responded promptly to an online enquiry, came a few days later to test our glass, and installed the product a few days after that. The service was fantastic and the installation was done without any faff within a couple of hours. The end result is amazing - in terms of look and heat reduction. We cannot be more pleased - and at a fraction of the cost of the other product we investigated. I highly recommend this company if you want better insulation for your conservatory.

We ordered 2 Hannah Nunn design films for one of the windows in our shop. They arrived very quickly and, despite my nervousness, fit the windows perfectly and were much easier to fit than I'd been expecting.
Would not hesitate to order again

I ordered about £50 worth of window film. After over a week it hadn't arrived so I emailed and they asked for my order details and said they'd look into it.

After another week I heard nothing back and emailed again. They apologised and said they couldn't find my order so I gave them the Paypal transaction ID.

After ANOTHER 5 days I heard nothing again and emailed. They said there was a glitch in their system, apologised and said they'd refund me (which they did) and that they'd send me the products I ordered free of charge.

Very nice. Except they didn't send me anything. After a month I emailed asking them for an update. They ignored my email. After another month I emailed again and they ignored me again.

Can't really give them 1 star as at least I got a refund, but what a colossal waste of time and terrible customer service.

Don't trust these guys, and if you already have, I hope you paid with PayPal so you can get a refund.

Paid £1600 for heat reducing blue film installed on my Conservatory glass roof. It appears not to have worked as it is 19 degrees outside but 35 degrees inside my Conservatory today (07/05/23). What will it be like in the Summer! Have I been miss-sold a poor product?
Having not received a response from The Window Film Co. I conclude they admit their product is not fit for purpose.

absolute nonsense from the beginning. They promised to deliver the exact pattern of manifestation at the point of quoting. We trusted them to provide a quote where we had others to consider also. When it came to the date of the booking they first asked us to sign their terms before making booking and once again lied to us and said that we could book the works ‘for any date convenient to us’. After questioning them and asking for the exact date it turned out that we would have to wait a month for their visit despite the fact that we explained that project had to be delivered within our deadlines and not after a month. They did nothing to help at all. Then we had to chase them 3 days (all affected the delivery times) to finally get the truth out of them that they would need an ‘artwork’ to produce the print out. Not something they even mentioned from the beginning. Now we are left with uncertainty and project not delivered because we explained that there was no artwork considering that we informed them from the start that old manifestation would have to be removed and new one installed. All lies from the very beginning. What a waste of time. Our team is so stressed out we cannot even explain. We are left with nothing and now have to find another provider who will need to deliver the project within 4 days if that’s even possible. Absolute waste of time from the beginning!!! Avoid at all costs because they will not tell you the truth!!! Now they are trying to charge us almost 3 times the initial price and when asked to be contacted back to resolve this situation nobody did. Avoid at all cost.

The product is great. The customer service needs work.

Really brilliant company. We needed our office film removed, they were here within 1 week of initial email. Although the colour was slightly wrong, the installation team were very understanding, and came back the following week to apply the film - it took them no time at all, no fuss and the glass walls look brilliant. Very happy customer, would 100% use again.

We made the mistake of having a clear glass roof on our lean to extension, in the summer it’s absolutely baking hot.
We considered roof blinds but having 9 large roof panels the price was far to expensive.
We have had them all covered by the window film company, the fitter completed it All in a day,
the glare is gone and the temperature is now way down.
What is also remarkable is that we can see out but we can’t see in looking down from our bedroom windows.

Ordered yesterday and received today! Wanted some screening for my kitchen window and this delivered.

Great product and service.
Website was very useful, and I emailed to get some samples. Samples arrived and I had some further questions. Had a call with someone to go over the questions and they were answered well.
The people who installed the films were great. Nice and tidy, knowledgeable, and did a great job on the film.
The films are doing exactly what they said they would, and very happy all around.

Obscure film purchased , was cut to size to the mm.

Easy to fit and and de bubble.

The company also reached out to confirm sizes as they were unusual.

Had previously tried a product from another company and tried to cut to size….failed miserably.

First of all I ordered two rolls of privacy film on the 23rd June. By the 11th July they had not arrived although I had paid by Palpal. Apparently the order didn't go through to the company. They arrived today. We cleaned the windows exactly as instructed including with a new blade to take off any stuck on spots. We did that twice on each window. The first film went up and absolutely loads of spots were shown on the window !!! It looks awful from outside. As if the window is dirty. It does not show up in photographs inside or out to show you. The second window, next to the first, is perfect apart from one or two spots. This brings me to the conclusion that the first roll must have a manufacturing fault.

Tonight, I have gone outside to check nothing can be seen with the light on inside the bedroom and it is no different to when the film was not on !!!! I am extremely disappointed ! I wanted privacy all the time ! I feel very, very upset that after all the work the privacy is limited to daytime. Even this may not be the case if its a dull day and the light is on !!!

I would not recommend this product to anyone.
