Stay away from this dishonest host!!!
It is a fraud and bluff to rent out an apartment together with the necessary facilities like water, electricity, heating or cooling system but don’t deliver one or some of them during the stay time. The supply of water was so low that we couldn’t use the shower during our stay. We couldn’t use the toilet in a hygienic way. We had to collect water in saucepans and use them to flush in the toilet. This shortage caused lots of irritation and inconvenience during our 6 persons family stay in the apartment managed by Wintuwin.
We noticed from the beginning that there was no water in the pipes. We informed the host but the excuse from the host was that there was a kind of dog agility!!!! in the city and the authorities has warned for 1 hour interruption of water supply. But this problem continued during whole the night and the day after. Checking the reviews in Booking.com we found more complaints from other guests with water supply during their stay.
Using an app/internet system, the host hides himself from the guests and writes back instead of answering the phone calls.
I wrote many times to the host using their WhatsApp chat and sent them many videos explaining the situation when we lived there, but nobody came to control. On the contrary, in a quackery way the host sent me a video from another apartment 4 hours after we checked out to show there was no problem with the water supply. The host deleted that video later after some hours.
Wintuwin has not been honest and accommodating and should not rent out the the apartment at all.
I have claimed refund and €200 as compensation for the damages but they have refused up to now 2026-08-15.
