Super High Shipping cost, sizing is incorrect and backorders are 4 weeks and longer, while the item is advertised as available. False advertisement, Customer Service Personal is rude and not accomodating at all, they all argue with customers on the phone, some hang up.

I order tshirts every year about this time. I wear them to work in a casual office. This year, they are about twice thinner, almost transparent, and the seams are weak. I have no interest in them any more and have to find another place to order my staple tshirts.

I am DONE with this place. Everytime I need to return or exchange anything it is like recreating the wheel. I wait for my return to be accepted, I wait for my credit to be issued, I wait to place an order, then when I THINK the reorder ahs ben place, the STUPID IDIOT OF A GIRL used my credit card and then CANCELLED THE ORDER. NOW, realizing I never recieved and the order was canceled, I am trying to ONCE AGAIN place the order, only to have them tell me that they will have to start ALL OVER AGIAN and reopen the card because it show used but not spent! They will not put me through to a supervisor. I always say I will not pruchase anything agian and then a couple years go by and I order again. NOT THIS TIME. WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?

I am canceling my cc with woman within as soon as I pay it off. I’ve had to return things a few times and this last time they had me use happy returns through ups never again they claim they never received my package. It was a return worth $75 I have to pay for. I’m done with them period. Tried numerous times to resolve it!
Stealing $1.26 at a time.
Anybody else keep getting these little "balance due" invoices for $1.26, $1.53, etc after you place an order? I do not owe this money. Since this company does this “added balance” with 100% of my orders, I kept copies of the checks and order forms over the last year. I also went to the bank and obtained a copy of the cancelled checks. This is a scam. It doesn’t seem like much, a little ole $1.26, but if you do it to 200,000 women….well, that is a bit of change, isn’t it?
So, I have packaged up the last four “balance due” statements, my copies, and the bank’s cancelled checks and sent them to the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general in their state. I will also post screenshots on every social media review site you have and tell people about this.

This company is scamming people
Please don’t use this company they are stealing with every order. They charged me over 35.00 dollars for a 20.00 pair of pants. Tried to Return them and their so called processing fee is a joke. After their fee they want to refund me 12.00 dollars unless I take their gift card for more merchandise which I would have to pay shipping again. My next text is the BBB. Please don’t get involved with this company.
I placed an order and received it in a…reasonable amount of time but had to ask for the free shipping and was inundated with a very pushy sales person.
I placed an order and received it in a very reasonable time frame, however; the size was wrong on all items. I don’t sent things back so I will have to sew in the T- shirts a lot- 4 inches at least. The one shirt is a lighter color and is so see thru it will only be suitable for a swim suit cover up. Good thing I ordered these items to mow in.
Spams and Scams
I'm only giving 2 stars because my order arrived and it was ok. Cheap, but suits my purpose. Now after reading through other reviews I feel like i really lucked out that i received pretty much what I ordered...even if it wasn't exactly as described (wanted stretchy rayon capris...they're more like stiff T-shirt fabric). My beef is their incessant torturous advertising. You can't unsub from their emails and catalogs come every day. I don't even have an online account with them and gave my spam email address...but they somehow found my primary email and send like 10 spams a day! Okay...I'm exaggerating. But only a little. Done with this company...so many better choices out there.

I am so sad that folks are having trouble with Woman Within and writing bad reviews. I have been ordering from them for several years now. I have received everything I order in record time. Clothing fits perfectly, washes great, is made very well, and is long lasting. I buy all of my clothes from Woman Within. They have been very very good to me.
Placed an online order
Placed an online order. Received an order number. Next day I sign in to check my order and there is nothing pending. I call customer service, she was not at all helpful. Just said order must not have gone through "sorry". The sale ended yesterday and those prices are now gone. They didn't even offer to work with me to get my order in their system. Worthless customer service and terrible way to do business. I do not recommend WomanWithin or any other affiliates of theirs.
Just don't use this company.
Ordered a pair of jeans. Fabric was fair but the sizing was off considerably as it was way too large. Did not realize that you could not get a full refund. They wanted to take half the money in order to give you a cash refund of any kind. But you could get a gift card for your full amount. I found it very difficult to use the gift card at the payment area of the site. It rejected the number at first. I ended up having to do a copy and paste in order for it to except the same exact number. So for the price of the jeans I got one supposedly discounted t-shirt. By the time you get shipping in on it it was more expensive than you would have paid at Walmart and I assume the quality is not going to be any better than the jeans. Just don't use this company or any of their Associated companies. At least with Amazon you can just return it and everything is refunded.
Definitely a deceptive company
Definitely a deceptive company. They send a confirmation of my order and payment, then two days later, send an email that THEY changed my AUTHORIZED payment... HIGHER, of course. I CANCELLED my order. 3 emails. Of course, they didn't cancel. One phone call that took 22 min before they "disconnected" me when forwarding me to a supervisor. Another 11 minutes on a phone call to "JOYCE" who connected me to Supervisor "AMANDA" who promised that a "real" supervisor would call me within 2 hours. Do you think that happened? NO! Do not purchase from this sleezy company.
Wrong sizes sent, forcing a return
I ordered two pairs of shoes in size 9W. I received one pair in 9 and the other pair in 8. There wasn't a chance in hell that either of these were going to fit. I was stuck with the job of calling in a return, repacking everything for shipment, and taking everything back to the post office. And since the sizes were not what was ordered, I expect a FULL refund of all money paid, including shipping. I will be contacting my bank as well. Woman Within: Take me off your mailing lists. I won't be buying anything else.
Defective merchandise
They sent the sweater I ordered. However, the sweater ripped within three months. When I contacted them, they said that it was past their return period and even if the item was defective, they would not replace it. I just wanted an exchange for the same item. The sweater was ripping at the seams in two places. It was worn only around the house.
I did not think the Customer Service was helpful.
3x in a row, wrong items sent, no refund
This is the third order in a row where they have sent me different items from the ones that I ordered. I order over the phone and make them read the items back to me, yet they ship a different item. Returning items is very difficult, and expensive. When I send the items back, I am not refunded.
WORST SUPERVISORS/CUSTOMER SERVICE
Their sizing IS HORRIBLY INCONSISTENT to say the least, they pull the "bait & switch", the quality of their clothing is really awful & the patterns are just so icky.
Some of the cotton items are ok, but they are few & far between & priced higher .
I knew all of that then THIS problem occurred.
I have been a customer for years. I made a purchase in Nov, 2024, had not received it by Jan, 2025, called & was told THEY had cancelled it, no explanation given as to why. They claim they sent me an email notifying me of same, they had not. I reordered the same tops again, then in Feb 2025 received 4 tops.
Then 4 letters arrived telling me they had sent me to a COLLECTION AGENCY because two of the 4 had not been paid for - the two they had cancelled! (I always provide card data at time of purchase - you cannot place an order without giving payment info.) I asked to speak with a manager, "they were all in a meeting", I left my number. I asked that when they call me they leave a VM w/their name & number as I do not accept calls on my cell from numbers I do not know to prevent spam. No call ever came. I called back, spoke to a "supervisor" who said the card was denied as it had expired. BS. When I told him no, the card was valid until 2026 & I was trying to ascertain there was no fraud being committed, he asked do you want to pay, I said not until we get this cleared up. Without another word he transferred me to an "agent" to remit payment. I did not, I asked to be reconnected w/him, they could not, I asked that I be connected to another supervisor, they were "all in a meeting", someone will call you back. 🤬
Fast forward two weeks, no call, I was getting concerned they were screwing up my credit rating, so I called to again speak with a supervisor. They were "all in a meeting" again. Really? Again?
I got a lovely lady named Norma who researched everything in the system, discovered the card data had been entered wrong. Satisfied there was no fraud going on, I paid the bill. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM A SUPERVISOR.
I have been in customer service for over 30 years - theirs is the absolute worst.
Scam company
Scam company! They mark items up, to make it look like they mark them down. If you wait a week, the item will return to its original price(s), but the coupon will be gone! Which is why I USUALLY toss their catalogs in the GARBAGE, and the reason I UNCHECKED, the box to email me updates about “deals” There are NO deals! I just purchased two blouses and under NO circumstances, does it cost $15.00 to ship TWO blouses. I’m done with Woman Within!! In fact, I wouldn’t have purchased those two if it weren’t my birthday coming up. Shame on you woman within, scam people and losers is what your company stands for!!
Woman Within practices bait and switch
Woman Within practices bait and switch. I paid 24.99 for an Annual program for free shipping. A month later I noticed I was charged 16.95 monthly fee. Reached out to their customer support and was told (quite snarkily) that I signed up for their Rewards program which is different than their Loyalty program. NO I DID NOT!!!

Woman Within did a bait and switch on me. They offered me a 50% discount at checkout, but didn't apply it. I made the purchase using PayPal and when I saw the discount didn't apply, I immediately wrote and told them to cancel my order if they could not apply the discount.
They replied to my email with to "rest assured it will be applied", so I went ahead and wore the clothes when they got here and later could not return them.
After a few weeks, I still did not get the credit, so I sent numerous emails and made several phone calls. I spent $400, thinking that I was only spending $200. Phone support credited me $50, which I said was not acceptable. I finally got someone in management to call me back and they promised to refund an additional $150, but that never happened. I emailed their support on the PayPal site twice and did not get one response.
By the way, their phone service is horrendous, they put you on hold without any indication that you're on hold and you think you're disconnected. It seems to be one of their tactics to avoid providing you recourse. Like giving you a smaller credit than you deserve to make your case worse when you protest to your credit company. I'm about to contact PayPal now. Let's see how a reputable company will deal with me.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS A JOKE!
I purchased several items 11 days ago to wear during surgery recovery and paid almost $40 for expedited shipping. I received 2 items on Day 6 and have not yet received the other 2. Apparently, this company does not include expedited PROCESSING as part of the exorbitant fee!
