I placed an online order from their catalog andf used the code to receive a free travel bag. The money was taken out of my account, order received NO TRAVEL BAG, customer service says I have place another order to receive the bag. I not spending another $60. THEY ARE BAITING AND NOT FULFILLING THEIR OFFER.

Ordered over $100 of items and used free shipping code. Two of the items were on backorder and because of that they refused to give me my free shipping. I cancelled my order.

Scammed! Placed an order for a Dewalt Tool through an advertisement on Facebook. Luckily I used PayPal. The account that was listed as being paid was Woman within Colorado Inc. Never received a tracking number or correspondence from the company. Pay Pal issued a refund as soon as I filed the case, which makes me think they are aware of this scam.

This is the short version. June 12, 2024, I ordered 2 bras from Woman Within which stated, 'FREE DELIVERY ON THIS ORDER'. Received email from them on the same day showing a merchandise bill of $87.98, a discount of $8.80 and a shipping and handling charge of $20.98. I called them immediately and requested the shipping charge to be dropped. They did no and I told them I wanted to return these items.

I used my Woman Within credit card for these items. I understand that Comenity Bank issues the credit card for this company. Woman Within offered me a credit for these items. I told them I wanted a refund. Eventually they gave a refund except for the shipping charge.

I get a statement last week from Comenity Bank/Woman Within that added a late charge $30.00 and an interest charge of $2.00 for a total of $52.98. Last week I got a call from Comenity Bank while I was half asleep. I looked at my clock and it was 8:30 pm. I thought it was a scam call. They have reached out to me several times. I told them the issue. They tried to convince me to pay the original shipping charge, and they would waive the late charge and interest charge.

I have 2 statements and at least 8 emails going back and forth between me and Woman Within. I don't know if Woman Within or Comenity Bank is trying to scam me.

I placed an order for items priced so low, that I should have been aware. I received an order confirmation number and an email stating that the order had been shipped. They gave me a tracking number that does not work. I won't fall for this again.

BEWARE!! Lots of non spoken practices and bull crap. All about taking your money and not getting any customer service! Will report to BBB.

I ordered two summer dresses only because I was told several times that I had a $100 credit that was about to expire. The total was under $30. I was charged partly for them as well as shipping and tax. When I called about being charged I was told the “free” $100 didn’t go toward shipping or tax. If I had known I would not have ordered. When I got the dresses one of them had clearly been opened. I discovered the tags were missing and it had obviously been worn. Their policy states that returns are accepted only if tags have not been removed. So how did the dress get returned and then sent out to me afterward? They never even checked it before resending! I contacted them and was told that I could do a free return with their ‘happy returns’ option. It turns out that the return label is free, but a shipping charge of $10.99 is withheld from my refund! I objected to this and my complaint was ignored. I called and explained that I should not be denied a full refund for an item that had been worn. It is their mistake and should not cost me a penny! All I could get out of them was the same ‘happy returns’ option. I have been a customer for 40 years and I can tell you that I will NEVER order from them or their associates again! I am totally disgusted. This is not the same company that I have dealt with for all those years! Please pay attention to negative reviews. They are truly accurate.

I just tried to call the Customer Service line 888-333-5159 but got a disconnect message. I tried 2 times but I didn't miss dial.

I ordered 4 tee shirts for an event- waited weeks for my order- event came and went… still no order.
I contacted Woman Within to request a refund- they told me the order had shipped and they would not do a refund. I was told the order would arrive “tomorrow”. I waited 5 more days still no order- called again and was told the order would arrive “tomorrow”.
I demanded my money back and was told they “could not issue a refund until the merchandise was returned” !!!!
At this point l was furious. I spoke with an incredibly rude supervisor who told me the order would be delivered” tomorrow”🤯. It finally did arrive 3 days later!
I returned the package UnOpened.
It was received 3 days after mailing it.
Checking on the status of my refund l am learning they are not refunding the $2.88 l paid in tax and are charging me a $10.88 “processing fee”.
I would literally go NAKED before ever ordering from Woman Within again.

This company (that owns so many others) is horrible. When you place your order, it tells you when to expect it to ship. However, once they have you committed they don't bother to tell you most of everything is backordered.
They don't send you an email letting you know your order was shipped.
If they would stop buying up so many companies, they might be able to get their crap together.

I ordered 4 sweater on July 28, 2024 and received 3 pairs of shoes 2 weeks later. I struggled with the lady that speaks English as a second language to get her to give me the proper return instruction. Finally did after a trip to UPS and then Fedex. They have not refunded my $124.00 and have charged me $69.95 in addition. They have sent me one sweater and no others. I was informed that their system does not show I was sent shoes. I must send them all the information and the will decide if they will refund me. I have them block and will see if American Express can help me go after them. We have filed a complain with the attorney general for the state of TX since one of their offices is located there. If any of these has happened to you go to the state you returned the items to and file formal complaints on line about the company. The attorney generals office will take action if they get enough fillings. Good luck with getting anything out of this company.

I ordered Racerback Tankini top on July 17th. As of Aug 11th I have still not received. Product #302029986.

I ordered a pair of very straight leg pants (or so their ad says) and got them and they had these huge legs. I am returning. These pants still have tags on and just got yesterday, but after a $40 order for the one item.....and all their BS things they take out...I'm getting $20 refunded to me!! This place is AWFUL!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I had to return an item and they would not give me a refund. Instead they give you a credit to use with them. When I attempted to use the credit the order went through as though the credit was used. But then they deducted the credit amount from my checking account. Customer service did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

There are some really stupid reviews here, with folks ganging up on great companies. Woman Within is the go-to place for inexpensive plus size clothing. You can actually shop for cotton or rayon instead of the usual polyester nightmares. They have American sizing. Clothing arrives quickly, in good condition, and lasts. Some of their stuff I love so much I go back again and again. Shopping Woman Within saves money and tears.

I ordered 4 pairs of pants which was enough to get free shipping. When I checked out, I was charged for shipping because they backordered 1 pair. Not my fault. I immediately cancelled the order.

They shipped it anyway - bad company. When I returned the pants, they only gave me credit for the pants and I had to pay $12.97 shipping, though -
1. I ordered enough for free shipping.
2. I immediately cancelled the order and they shipped it anyway.
When I called them, I was told I needed put some code in.

Like several of the other posters here I returned items to Woman Within.
Problem 1. I was told they gave me a credit I could use to buy other things from them. There was no mention that returns would be a store credit, not a refund!
Problem 2. Then, to access this credit I had to call in and ask for it.
Problem 3. They did not mention that the credit was only good for 90 days.
I only found out the rules after the credit has disappeared from their records at 90 days.

Deceptive trade practices are actually illegal. They get away with this nonsense because it isn't worth hiring an attorney to sue them.

My mother died, I tried to return some items that came in the mail the day after she died. It was impossible to contact them, every number on their website was disconnected or rang some random other person/company. Impossible to lodge a return online as it wouldnt accept her zipcode. Do NOT purchase from this company... total scam!

If my mother would agree to shop anyplace else I wouldn't have to deal with this horrible company. But there's not a lot of places to find size 6x so for now I'm stuck. I have been managing her affairs for 4 years now, so this review is based on long experience.
1. They will fill your mailbox with a thousand other companies' catalogs, and there's nothing you can do to stop them. It's like a part-time job calling the other catalogs one-by-one to get removed from the mailing list, but if you don't the number of catalogs that start showing up will keep growing (she was getting 50+ a month when I took over her affairs). I do not order anything from any other catalogs, and they come addressed to mom so I know it's WW giving out this mailing address.
2. Their clothes are cheap fabric and they cost a fortune. They don't last more than a few washings at mom's nursing home.
3. They charge astronomical shipping on top of the expensive clothes.
4. Frequently items are on back-order and show up weeks and months later. This is not disclosed at the time the order is placed.
As an example, last week Mom wanted a dress for her birthday party that's just made out of t-shirt material. It would have come to $90 total, and there's no telling when it would actually show up so we didn't place the order. Do not get involved with these people!
