You can deposit so easily but any win or withdrawal is a sin against both gambler and God.
This is the most pathetic and aggressive non payment casio that I have come across.
I have had in the past some difficulty as a reasonably new customer achieving a withdrawal but this last two weeks has been beyond aggressive and moronic.
I think maybe that they don't have money or are just disgustingly bad losers who only want deposits and not payouts. The strategy is make you so frustrated that you gamble away the rest in resigned desperation, thus avoiding a payout. I think this is a pattern and should not be tolerated.
Gambling is fun but cheating by frustration isn't acceptable

Spent most of my day trying to add verification documents on the website. Sent them so many it should be more than enough and this is STILL not sorted which is delaying my withdrawal further.
David on chat has been a massive joke and keeps closing the chat when asking for support.

Absolute disgrace of a casino, let's you add funds and then take small amounts out but when you win big it then says that you used your name on another account and your account has been suspended.

Take heed and take your money elsewhere!

Please please read and believe the reviews before depositing here. They are perfectly happy for you to deposit (you could be anyone)! But when withdrawing - there is no possible way to prove your identity that’s good enough!
Nobody communicates with you and the online chat is the worst I’ve ever encountered… scripted, impersonal and not remotely helpful. I’ve contacted their security department four times and never once received a response. I then decided to make an official complaint and guess what? No response again!
This is the email I sent which outlines the lengths they have you go to to verify your account. Ample for any other casino I’ve played at but not good enough for wombat scam casino.

‘I would like to make an official complaint regarding this casino.
I made a total of two withdrawals on 09/09/2022 to the amounts of £3000 and £2011.60.
I was then asked to verify my identity via email.
Since then I have sent my passport, my driving license, a picture of me holding my passport and driving license. I’ve sent a phone bill, an internet bill, two bank statements. A screenshot of my deposit method showing both my name and email address as requested.
I hear NOTHING back from this casino, despite sending multiple emails.
Everyday I login to the site and just see a Red Cross meaning my verification has failed. It takes 24 hours to go from ‘verifying’ to ‘failed’ and nobody explains why? I just have to send more documents.
It seems to me that the casino is just stalling payment now as it’s beyond obvious that I am the person that legitimately deposited and won at this casino yet I have still not been paid a week later.
I would like this looked into and my payout to be processed at the earliest opportunity. I think I have waited long enough and the happiness of the win has been eradicated and caused undue distress.
I find it unfair that I was allowed to deposit over £2K without question but when it comes to withdrawing I’m told that all this KYC is in place to protect me. It doesn’t make sense. The only thing I haven’t provided is blood!
Can you please look into this for me as my next step is a third party mediator, before finally taking it to the UKGC for resolution. Steps that really should not be required when playing at a genuine casino.’

How this casino still has a license is unfathomable, but I will have no hesitation in taking this to the UKGC if this isn’t sorted in the next few days.

Wombat casino has responded to my review telling me to lodge an official complaint. If they had actually read my review they would see that I’ve done this twice already and I have heard nothing back.

This website is a joke. Tried to withdraw a small win I made. Was asked to send verification documents which I did and 9 days after I withdrew I am still waiting. "Customer Service" said it can take up to 3 business days. It has been 7. I have never experienced such hassle anywhere else in an online casino. Steer well clear.
