The hardwood is sourced straight from the manufacturer and by marketing directly online, we are able to offer premium products at the most competitive prices. I bought the herringbone SPC
I bought the herringbone SPC. Firstly when i received the sample i though this is a good quality product but after receiving the full shipment i have discovered this is not such a great product but in fact it has a very poor locking system. My flooring has been laid for 3 month and has failed. After reading into this product they advise the product is laid on 18mm ply sub base which the vast majority of floors around the front and back external doors would not have over 1 inch of clearance to fit it to the recommended specifications. All in all poor product and not so easy to find fitting guide.

Excellent service and beautiful flooring – highly recommend
I purchased herringbone flooring from Wood and Beyond in July 2023 for my downstairs, and I’m so pleased to say it still looks absolutely amazing today. The quality has really stood the test of time.
Because of this, I’ve returned to purchase more flooring for upstairs, including my staircase. The customer service has been excellent throughout – the team are always helpful, patient, and understanding that choosing flooring is a big decision.
A special thank you to Cheuk, who has been incredibly supportive. She has helped me with samples and really taken the time to understand my vision and bring my ideas to life. She also went above and beyond to find me a close match to my existing floor.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wood and Beyond.

This is our second purchase from W&B
This is our second purchase from W&B in eight years. The finish of the floor we installed 8 years ago is the same today as it was then. W&B have found the sweet spot for quality vs price across their range. The showroom is small but comprehensive and they are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We will lay engineered wood flooring again in the lounge and will be back for LVT for the kitchen for the next round. Their recommended fitter was also reasonably priced. Many thanks.

Great customer service from Cheuk
Cheuk-Yee Liu gave amazing customer service, she was very polite and answered my questions. I was unsure about the exact colour as I did not know what would match my off white walls. Her expertise in this field was shown when she told me the colour pastel for the vinyl I should get and walked me through the process start to finish. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

We were let down by another company and Maria did everything she could to rush our order and make it as easy as she could for us. The product from this company was always our first choice and unmatched by anything else (LVT clic) - we went elsewhere because of availability and should have been patient in the first place!
We have more floors to do and will be back!
