Woodwind London Opiniones

They were both very helpful and also realistic about the costs. No hidden extras. Thank you, I’m very happy.

Great experience - helpful knowledgable and flexible

Great overall experience and very happy with the work done on my trumpet. Would highly recommend

Easy communication, reasonable pricing and flexible collection all made me choose to come back again.

Great service from Woodwind London. Kept me informed about my repair and were very friendly and easy to deal with. Will definitely return here for any future repairs/service needs.

The arrangements & reminders for the appointment were all clear.
First & most importantly, Ed Jackman knows his business (in this instance flute repair) thoroughly.
For the on-the-spot work done, the price was entirely reasonable & effective.
Beyond that, he & colleague Slavena were friendly & knowledgeable interlocutors whilst we awaited the repair. All in all, an excellent service & a valuable resource for musicians locally & generally.
For a six-star review, a filter coffee machine in the lobby & some easy chairs would round things off nicely for next time 🙂

Very helpful, friendly and skilful work that is well-priced.

They did a great job at bringing my old oboe back to life. I appreciate the reasonable and transparent pricing, and also having what is going to be done explained to me

You might have to wait a while for repairs as they are very busy. However, I guess that speaks for the workmanship. Lovely to deal with, too.

All done on time, and very pleasant to deal with

Flute is sounding lovely. Pleased to have a specialist service so locally.

Friendly and knowledgeable.

Exceptional expertise and service

Ed has been expertly maintaining my sons' saxophones for a few years now. The repairs and fixes have always been done to an extremely high standard for a very reasonable cost. His flexibility and ability to lend temporary instruments when necessary has saved many a gig.
