Excellent product
Excellent product, promptly delivered. I had to modify the latch to fit a specific application and its robust construction and first-class materials made this easy to do. There was some flaking of the plastic coating, but this was to be expected.

Great quality product, great value, arrived well packaged and on time, really pleased.
But am particularly impressed with the customer service - the product I wanted had just sold out, but Jon promised to let me know when some anticipated new stock was available, which he did. He was also kind enough to give some practical advice for a related DIY issue I was having. Great!
