Applied for a job through this agency an got the run around, did a bit of adhoc with them. rates of pay are rubbish they use bully tactics or try to make you feel guilty, no concern for you whatsoever all they care about is collecting there cut, will book you for jobs that are over an hour from your house, the list goes on .....this agency is absolute trash I would avoid at all costs!

Dishonest agency who will always look to steal money off your paycheck!! Goes around agreements between employers and employees to retain moneys that your worked for. Avoid absolutely, I recommend Staffline or Challenge TRG.

I have been registered with this company from beginning of January 22 and now I know how thay work I would not ever work again for them.
The Company thay sent me to I new it was not good I'd seen this company's place two months before and in over 20 years thay never employed hgv drivers. When I came as a subcontractors it was MAD thay forgot invoices I was delivered. Thay had wrong address. And delivery details were all wrong sso pothetick why did thay get professional Hgv drivers working for them stupid and in nearly two months I've not been offered anything apart from company so just go with This subcontractors and you do not get paid the wright money at all forgetit...

My boyfriend was working for them but they deleted his time shift and didn’t pay for a job. Soon We'll be in contact with the right law enforcement authorities

On the 19/09/2021 at 16:15 I received a call from 07581465837 to say that work that was booked in on my workchain profile  for the following morning at 7 am had been cancelled due to me dropping an empty trailer (there was no damage and nobody was hurt) on the 14/09/2021. Yet I didn't get cancelled on that day. The next 3 days I worked as normal, doing deliveries, coupling and uncoupling trailers. I believe workchain leicester knew this cancellation was in place from Friday. Due to poor management and organisation they told me 16:15 on Sunday the 19th of September which left me with no time to find work for the following morning. I believe workchain leicester should compensate me for this loss as it was poorly dealt with.

First of all Workchain its not an Agency, they are just Brokers ! They taking bookings from other Agencies and promise you stuff..

I don’t understand why you people falling of in thiS kind of arregment ?

Be very careful with this agency. They lied about a full time position and even got me to quit a full time job with all the promises which they didn’t keep and frankly didn’t care I will never work for worchain again.

Registered online very efficient system then with in 30mins a chap called Stuart called booking me with the rest of the week working and driving class 1 top agency great communication will be using this agency with my Ltd company for the ongoing. five star rating.

I did plenty of shifts for them and overtime to be told "I could have got you ongoing work but okay not a problem" after I cancelled a shift to get my family dog put to sleep. They cancel your shifts at at a moments notice and treat you like a number.

Absaloute waste of time, registered on 29 May, no contact, phoned them, said my review would be done within a couple of days, it's now 23 June. Forget it workchain account deleted.

Normal, book you in for work then cancel
last minute. Turn up at companys to work and the bookings been cancelled and they’ve not told you and then refuse to pay you saying is wasnt their fault.

Signing up is really quick and simple, and the best thing is that you can do it all online! They found me work the next day, and they're great at keeping in touch and continually find me work. Would highly recommend

Instead of wasting the whole day signing up at the office, you can just go and register on their website do everything online. I registered one evening and they phoned me up the next day with a shift so personally for me these guys are the ones to go with if you want to find work ASAP!

I'm not working with this agency for long but first week they messed up my wage, second week again, and gues what since in there they do this.
They don't pay correct hourly rates or they don't pay full worked hours!!! How come someone who can't calculate to sit in the office and doing the pay slips...
They own me money already. I don't think I will stay long... u get enough job but do t expect your wage paied properly!!!
