In a era of responsive online shopping, WorldPetExpress is a notable failure. At best they are clumsy and slow, and now, three weeks after ordering, they have yet to ship the product, so I don't yet know if they are a total scam. Meanwile, my dog has no medication. Avoid this company and pay a higher price somewhere else.

I must say I was very scared because I read some of the reviews AFTER purchasing (I bought bravecto) and I was honestly mentally prepared to get scammed lol. But this was a nice experience!! I received two confirmations emails after my purchase, I read somewhere that they were going to give me a call to confirm the address but that didn’t happen. I didn’t receive no tracking number or anything, I honestly forgot about it. Today I went to my mailbox and the product was there! And I also read that they didn’t sell the original and that they sent some people a generic version but I got the correct one! So I’m very happy. It took like 3 weeks to get here but I’m happy :)

I felt the need to counter some of the negative reviews. First, I’m assuming the reason people order from WPE is because we don’t want to have to get a prescription for common preventative pet meds, namely flea/tick and heartworm/hookworm. They’re a solution to that problem, at while also being more affordable. I made the mistake of ordering the generic HartGard meds for my dog, and when they arrived, I noticed the packaging was generic, but when I called and spoke with a rep (and had no problem reaching them) I quickly realized it was my mistake. They offered an immediate refund and asked if I wanted them to send the brand med instead. I declined, and although it was a large crunchy tablet, and my dog wouldn’t take it, I was able to get her to after hiding it in a few balls of cheddar cheese. That said, I now get NexGard and HartGard every 12 months and am very appreciative of the service, convenience, and cost-savings offered by WPE. I have a good feeling there are many more satisfied customers like me, but we all know the greater majority of reviews are from disgruntled customers. In short, don’t hesitate to give them a try.

Was going to order but have learned the hard way to ALWAYS ALWAYS check on the Better Business Bureau (BBB). SOO glad I did! PLEASE GO CHECK IT OUT ! Lots of complaints people not getting their order at all getting the wrong stuff or weeks or months later . I didn't do it .. all I ask is that you do your research.

This place deserves ZERO stars. I placed an order and 3 weeks later it still wasn't shipped. I was told multiple stories as to why it hasn't shipped. I had to demand the order to be canceled numerous times before they actually canceled it, and that took another 2 weeks for that to happen. This place is a scam and they try to sell you items they don't even have, and they dont tell you that until you ask apparently. Their website says "in stock" but it means that it is in stock in India, so they will order it for you then send it out to you and they straight out told me this. This place should be shut down.

I ordered a 3 month supply of nexgard on September 16th 2022 from the atlanta GA USA and it arrived on October 3rd 2022. Product has an expiration date of 04/24. I am very pleased with the timely shipment and cost. I did not need to speak to anyone in customer service and I’m happy with the product I ordered being received as requested.

I've been ordering from WPE for more than a year now and am pleased. You don't get generic brands. I've always received the brand I bought in its original namebrand package, It's just the European packaging (metric system) that's different. It takes about 3 weeks so I always order when my dogs take their last chewable and they have their next dose on time.

I have been buying feline Revolution Plus from this company for the past several years with no real issues other than the longer time than I’m used to and with no real way to track a purchase shipment.
I have received most of my orders within 4 - 5 weeks of placing them.
I have occasionally received the European namebrand in lieu of the US named Revolution Plus but the formulation is the same. The packaging is labeled in metrics for weight and dosage instead of our US pounds/ounces.
Their pricing with a 15% offered discount is about the same as when I have bought through Costco’s pet pharmacy. The biggest advantage I found is not having to pay an an annual vet visit in order to keep a script active with indoor only cats that see the vet as needed.
Indoor only can still get fleas if they come in from outside on the pant legs of we humans.
I understand the skepticism- I’m just reporting my positive experiences over several years of successful service.

The website shows name brand meds but you get generic meds out of Asia. They process your payment in 0.5 seconds but customer service is poor. They claim to be a Canadian company but the warehouse is in Asia. Nothing but deception from this company. The website says 20 day delivery time but customer service advised it could take 50 days. If all of this sounds good, then this company is for you. BEWARE!

So far an actual customer service rep has contacted me but they have not delivered my order after one month saying that theyre having a supply issue even though its a very common med. Seems shady to me

Got my order, wasn't afraid of online ppl freaking out over company asking for address verification. I got my order, happy here!
