Marissa is a persistent business lady who tried everything to convince me to use her services to book my flight. She was very friendly and yet very professional. I would have rated her 5 Starts but for the glitch she made in entering my full name despite having a copy of my Passport with all my correct and up-to-date details on the Passport. Very good personality

My first experience with this travel agency . Marissa was consistent , been patient to my requests and gone beyond as she was patient looking for my flexible dates . Polite and responsive , although some glitz on the payment system occurred but immediately rectified it . I will book again for the next future flight .
