Just got a call from this company that I evidently purchased a package from. It was years ago and I dont have a recollection of it. They demanded a $299 fee before they would even discuss the package... Ver más

This is a marketing scam
This is a marketing scam. The rules change every time I try and book. Now they are offering me further deals for more money up front. I've lost 82 quid.
Awful
Awful. Do not use. No consistency with customer care team. Constant calls asking you to upgrade your deal. Almost impossible to book the trip you want. I’ve forfeited my holiday and taken the loss of money because I just cannot deal with these people any more.
Can't go wrong if you are strong
I joined when it was Exclusive Breakaways and paid £98 for 2 separate weeks. I said to my wife if its a scam we've lost £98 and will book into a hotel. Got to TFS airport met by a driver and taken to Beverley Hills Heights apartments. Checked in and thought we ain't getting this for £49 for the week. But guess what we did and it was amazing. Self catering 2 bed apartment fantastic resort.
YES we did have to attend a presentation promotion TIMESHARE what ever you want to call it but it lasted for 3 hours and all we kept saying was NO NOT INTERESTED IN BUYING and the rest of the week was ours. No hassle from anyone. So if you think you can't handle a presentation DONT GO just pay about £1000 or more for the accommodation. If you can handle a presentation then we'll done you for being smart and getting a very cheap holiday.

Didn’t really expect a lot but I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice comfortable accommodation. The bar on site was not a ripoff like some on site bars. The Italian restaurant did decent food. Great location for bars restaurants and shops. Going back next year
Hopefully not a con
Was talked into buying a voucher over the phone, initially for a 2nt UK break. Tried to book several times but never anything available for my dates so they suggested to upgrade to a 1 week stay in a selection of resorts. Tried earlier this year to use it for Portugal but was told that it was not available, have now booked Tenerife for later this year, hopefully it all works out.
COMPLETE SCAM!
COMPLETE SCAM!! said we won a holiday for £41, 7 nights in a 4star hotel in one of 4 country's, they charged us alot more, forced us into payment that day. There is NO holiday do not trust these dirty scammers! Clearly said over the phone we are both 20 years old, they continued to book our holiday. Only to later find in Ts n Cs that you must be over 25. When calling back they put the phone down multiple times, are extremely rude and clearly a scam. It was only when calling from a new number they answered. They told us that they wouldn't have let us book something we aren't eligible for yet they did and there is no holiday. They went onto say that the extra charge was the bank charging us and not them. Not true. They will phone you telling you you've won. Make you pay right away to "secure" your place. They will read you no TS n C's, then you will find there is no holiday and even if there was you aren't eligible for it or would have to spend it all taking part in promotions. Then when you try to get your money back of course they will dodge your calls, make up exuses, blank your emails, put the phone down on you, not pick up, pretend like they are cutting out or just be rude AF, e.g they put the phone down mid conversation, then would no longer pick up my calls. When calling from a new phone they answered and went onto say it was me that ended the call and was rude🤦or they will just answer, say nothing and put the phone down. Or they will answer and say "hello? ...hello?.." And then put the phone down as if they can't hear you. Me and my partner were really excited at first. We quickly realised we have been scammed. They went from calling our number 3 times a day and picking up instantly to completey ignoring us and being extremely rude. Please don't give them any money you will not get a holiday and they will not refund you. SCAM!
Big fat scam people. I cannot believe we didn't notice sooner.
TRUST PILOT PLEASE BLOCK, DELETE AND REPORT ALL THESE USERS↓↓
They are clearly part of the scammers and all of these reviews that are over 1 star are fake!! None of them are verified and it's clear they only set up accounts to promote these scams and gain more victims. It is sad that these reviews made us believe it was legit. It is not and neither are these reviews please sort this out trust pilot and delete all of these fake accounts.
Thanks for the reply WWV. I called this morning. I am one of the names put down but not the winner. That was under a different name. I have tried calling but I am just met with rude people that want to take my money.
You have taken £86.48 and I demand it back. That is all. I have sent you many emails. And you can ask the extremely rude lady whose name is Ann I think, as I spoke too here 2x this morning and after many rude comments was just told to wait for a response to my emails, therefore I am waiting...
Show me your not a scam by processing my FULL refund and sending me email confirmation within the next 24 hours. Then I will believe you and retract my review. If you cannot do this it will only be beause the company is fake, the review will stay and people will rightly so know that you are a scam.
Update- after the reply they gave me, I sent Futher contact details through trust pilot, still I have received no phone call or reply to my emails, I have tried phoning myself but no answer. Thus confirming they are scammers and have NO intention of giving social media winners a holiday! And they clearly have no intention of refunding me! My review will stay and I will be contacting my bank and taking all the necessary actions to shut down you scammers and get my money back.
All the accounts I previously mentioned added more reviews as soon as I put this on. What a coincidence, is it that they just had to come back and make another review??? No of course not they work for the company otherwise how would they know. Don't believe these fake accounts.
If worldwide vacations call you and tell you you've won a holiday ignore them and block the number.
Update may 14th 2022-
It has now been weeks since this happened, I have sent many many emails, I have tried phoning over and over still to no avail !
This page is still filled with fake reviews!
The company has not even responded to my calls or emails let alone offer any kind of solution or refund!
COMPLETE SCAM!!!

After reading T&Cs I relised unfortunate it’s a time share scam !! And if we don’t attend a “product & services “ meeting with a marketeer ! Under no obligation to “purchase” meaning time share . But not using that word ! An if dont attend then ,have to pay the full price of accommodation!!!
So now I’ve lost £82 pounds an will DEMAND my money back ! Or I will report to Trading standards an media !!!

Seems like a scam to me don’t know how they got my number but they keep ringing me to go on one of their holidays… for free but you have to pay an admin free seems abit sis the background of the this call sounded so unprofessional with loud music. Didn’t not sound genuine at all. The other reviews on here look fake!
Garden Lago, Mallorca
Saw an advert on Instagram so I decided to check it out. I´d always wanted to go to Mallorca so I thought why not. Got a really good deal for the accommodation and we booked our own flights, super cheap.
Had a nice walk down the canal and the beaches were just outstanding.
